GoogleMy experience with Your Move was refreshing having dealt with many agents - their team did shine. I felt genuinely looked after, moving from South West London I was unsure exactly where I wanted to live and the Your Move , especially David and Leah, team had excellent local knowledge that really helped me. A neighbour is thinking of selling in the Summer and I have already given Your Move's details to them - great customer service and a real friendly bunch - L Hopkins

GoogleThank you to David at the Bromley Branch for securing the sale of our home. We had a few hiccups along the way, including a client pulling out of a sale, but we soon had more viewings booked and Leah was also great with her enthusiasm, help and support which was appreciated by us and also the potential buyers. We have now exchanged and are ready to move; so a big thank you to David and Leah for their patience and positive outlook even when we things did not go to plan!

Her ability to get problems fixed along the way is exemplary. As an overseas landlord reliability is of the utmost importance. GoogleKieran at Your Move Bromley is extremely efficient and professional. Always willing to provide help and information and very good at keeping contact to ensure I was getting the most out of my search. Although I did not choose the property in question, Kieran made my search hassle-free and straightforward. He made helpful suggestions based on my criteria and I was very impressed overall; I will be looking to Kieran in the future should I need to. Thanks very much 👍🏼

GoogleI highly recommend your move Bromley if your thinking of selling or buying, it can be such a stressful time in your life when trying to sell but the staff at your move Bromley do their very best to make this process as stress free as possible, they work round you and not tell you when you are having viewings, Leah and David are so down to earth if I ever had a question or was worried about anything they was always at the end of the phone to answer my question or to put my mind at ease and to help in any way they could, me and my family have now moved and couldn't be happier, if you want to sell or buy get in touch with Leah or David at your move Bromley and hopefully you will have the same experience as we have. A big thank you to Leah and David please continue in working the way you do don't change anything.

GoogleMy experience with Your Move Bromley was brilliant, especially Leah & David. Whenever I popped in with a query or for help they were both very very helpful and offered good advice and helped sort out the issue. I would recommend them if you are thinking of selling. The EWay system used through their solicitors was also very clear and easy to use, the only downfall being they are based in Leicester, but emails were answered promptly and my solicitor was easy to contact by phone.

GoogleI do not recommend this agency. I, my husband and one year old went for a viewing on Saturday 16th April, the person meant to show us the property did not show up. We proceeded to ask others at the sales suite- if the agency was there and they said they have not seen them. We waited for 40 minutes and continually called the agency and no one answered. Fast forward to today and we have been told the man was there and he waited for 15 minutes outside the property- so he was there, we were there and everyone else is somehow mistaken. Anyway no real apology or any resolution to the issue to ensure this doesn’t happen again if we were to try and view again, quite disappointed. Reply to your move: No Your Move Bromley you certainly was not there and one thing I really dislike is the constant lying. Number one, there is a sales suite so why wouldn’t you wait there if you were supposedly there. This was the first place we went and asked for the person we were meant to meet, both people said they had not seen anyone from Your Move the whole day and they also said this is not the first time this has happened to people coming to view with this particular individual. You are unable to give a real apology and ensure such a thing won’t happen again, and give excuses upon excuses. We would have been happy to come back and view as long as we had certainty this wouldn’t happen again- like a contact number (I’m not sure why you don’t distribute work mobiles but, that’s another conversation). My family have gone on countless viewing and we have never had an issue with someone not turning up- utterly ridiculous. I actually give them a -1 review now.
Dear Honey, We are sorry you was disappointed. We was at the new development until 10 minutes after the appointment and couldn't find you. We had other viewings to cover as we are busy on Saturdays. We hope you find the property you are looking for.

GoogleBest Estate Agents in town. Been trying to sell my flat on and off for the last five years. Tried every local Estate Agent in the BR1 area. Despite promises it would sell I either got low or no offers. Until i walked into YOUR MOVE BROMLEY and met DAVID. His knowledge of the area and experience in the market gave me the confidence to give YOUR MOVE BROMLEY a try. Within 3 weeks of putting my flat on the market with them I received an offer on my flat, i could not refuse and have now sold it, despite COVID-19. I'm really grateful to David and Leah who handled my sale very professionally, observing our Privacy rights at all times, as well as keeping a close eye on transactions the sols were dealing with. GoogleI have used Your Move Bromley for nearly 17 years in both lettings and selling of a property in the Bromley area. Firstly, the services provided by the lettings and management team are second to none. Particular mention to Anna who was fantastic and professional in arranging management support and a pleasure to deal with. Having recently sold our property, Harry in the sales team was absolutely brilliant. Great communication throughout the sales process and went above and beyond in getting the sale over the line in a difficult market.
