I had never used JDM before so was a little uncertain at first although there was no need to be. JDM actually acted on behalf over our sale and purchase at the same time. What I really like was they worked as a team and I spoke to several advisors across the 2 branches I used and they both made sure they had all the information and worked together. JDM had continued contact with the buyer,Seller and solicitors and worked hard if and when issues arrived. They seemed to be extremely straightforward which I really appreciated.. definitely use them again

JDM staff were unhelpful throughout our tenancy especially when moving in. The day we arrived to collect the keys at checkin the carpets had only just been cleaned and were wet (the property had been empty for a month) and there was a gentleman cementing the outside steps so we could not get our furniture into the back of the house. Following this we had many issues which were all documented and many not resolved.

We used the Bromley branch of JDM Estate Agents towards the sale of our property. The team there were excellent, they ensured that the property looked the best it could whilst hitting the right market on all platforms, Zoopla, Rightmove etc We had been with a different estate agent previously who had failed to generate viewings and felt that they eventually gave up trying, as soon as we went with JDM it was a whole different experience. We had constant viewings, multiple offers and staff that you felt genuinely cared about making the most for you. All of the team were excellent, in-particular Emily, Genevieve, Sarah & Kelly who were always friendly and understanding of our position, especially given the Covid situation on top of my wife being pregnant and giving birth whilst being on the market with them. They even gave us a lovely 'New Baby' card signed from all of the team which was a beautiful gesture. I say to anyone looking for the perfect estate agent that you've found them right here, I wouldn't hesitate using them again if the opportunity arose. You're in good hands.
