After being messed around by an online only "purple estate agent", JDM helped us to move things along considerably faster and efficiently. They were crucial in coordinating everyone, and keeping them informed of next steps, and any hurdles that may come up. We can definitely recommend JDM having had a 10/10 experience selling our home with them. We certainly did our homework having had five estate agents come round to value the property. From the moment we met Jeremy when he came to value our property, until we dropped off the keys for the new owner, we felt very supported and valued. The thing we really appreciated from the start was the sense of honesty from Jeremy and his team. In particular their guidance and advice when it came to making big decisions on offers. The whole team are so friendly, organised, thorough, and knowledgeable. We had lots of viewings on the property and felt well informed throughout and that they respected our needs with viewing timings. At what has been a challenging and unpredictable time to buy and sell property, we had a very positive, stress-free and reassuring experience for which we are grateful.

We, as a couple, were very pleased to work with JDM throughout our house purchase process. We were first time buyers and JDM was amazing with their communication, patient with us despite our many queries and questions as being first time buyers. Everyone we had a chance to interact with at JDM, especially Kelly, Lizzy and Sarah, were also very emphatic towards us knowing that we were first time buyers. The sale process was a bit more complex than we originally thought of due to issues on the chain but throughout these difficulties, folks at JDM were keeping in touch with us and respecting our difficult situation. They were even very understanding to our occasional frustrations which we really appreciated. JDM were excellent in all respects. I really felt they acted in my best interests, guiding and offering their support from the beginning to the very end. It is the latter aspect that especially impressed me. The after sales and ongoing service even after exchange of contracts was second to none, including dealing/negotiating on extra furnishings the purchaser wanted. I should specifically mention Kristina S and Jemima L who were so responsive and with us all the way. Use of their personal mobiles and texts was so efficient too. A great personal and professional service from both the Bromley and Petts Wood offices (we sold and bought through jdm ) Having not moved for 30+ years, we really needed our hands holding throughout the current process and jdm were there for us from start to finish. A particular “thank you” to Lizzy (Bromley) and Teresa (Petts Wood) for their tireless involvement in the process. At times it felt pretty stressful but they both engendered a sense of calm and confidence.
