I met a lot of estate agents before choosing JDM and having recently completed on the sale of my flat, can say I made the right decision. I was very happy with the way they marketed my property from the great photos and brochure to the Instagram video. Special thanks to Amelia and Lizzy for that. It took a while to find a buyer but when I accepted the offer, it was progressed effectively by Sarah who always responded to emails and phone calls. She pushed everything along, keeping us informed every step of the way to make it a lot less stressful than it could have been! So a huge thank you to the whole team there.

I can’t recommend JDM enough for their outstanding service! Lizzie and Amelia were both fantastic throughout the entire process, making what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless. We would just like to thank all the staff at JDM Estate Agents in Bromley for being amazing and supportive throughout the sale of my late dad's house. Selling at a distance and during a very emotive time for us was always going to be challenging. A special 'thankyou' has got to go to Elisabeth Howard whose patience went above and beyond. For reasons beyond the control of either us or JDM it would be fair to say that everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. The stress, at times, was almost unbearable but Lizzy didn't falter. Each hurdle that we came across was overcome and eventually we achieved the 'exchange of contracts' we so desperately wanted. We don't know who was more pleased, Lizzy or us. We can't thank Lizzy enough for her empathy and support throughout a very lengthy and challenging process. We would recommend JDM Bromley to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property. This review is well over due. Around 4 months to be precise. From start to finish, JDM gave excellent service! Let's face it, most of us see estate agents as sharks, but JDM are different. They actually care! They are the nicest bunch of people and really cared about our home. They knew our situation and why we were selling and dealt with it in the most delicate way. They always answered the phone, they always got back to us and they always communicated with us. Charlene showed the buyers around, she was so calm, natural and professional. Joanne and Lizzy were always around if we had any questions and it didn't matter if one was away that day because the other could access our files. Now my biggest THANK YOU is to Sarah Freeman who was our Sales Progessor. She was kind, caring and understanding of our situation. She always answered her phone or got straight back to me if she was busy. Sarah worked so hard for us. She went above and beyond and I'm forever grateful for this. I recently sold my home through JDM. Initially we were going to use another local agent, but we felt they weren't particularly good. Turns out they weren't, so choosing JDM was a good choice. From day one Scott was fantastic. We had to move quickly to get our home on the market and Scott organised a really good photographer to come at short notice. The quality of the images was top notch, really made our home shine. That's what you want when selling! Communication was great and Scott had viewers through my door before the house had even been marketed. Shout out to Jake too who was very helpful and gave me regular calls with updates and feedback. All in all a great experience. I would 100% recommend JDM Estate Agents Eltham anyone local looking to sell and I will not be using anyone else in the future if I need to sell again.
