GoogleWithout doubt, the most efficient, professional, and helpful firm of estate agents I have ever dealt with! From listing the property through to completion, the Bromley team worked tirelessly to get the sale of my property over the line. Kelly and Sarah, in particular, were amazing and incredibly resourceful in dealing with the inevitable glitches that occur in a property sale. Would recommend jdm Estate Agents without hesitation.

Only viewed one rental property with the JDM Greenwich office but was highly impressed. E-mail and telephone communications to arrange this viewing went very smoothly indeed. Although the flat did not ultimately match my requirements, special mention should be made of the charming and personable Alex, who was also understanding when I was slightly delayed and very helpful when it came to answering my questions about the rental market. Overall, this company struck me as being a cut above other estate agencies.

GoogleI sold my property with JDM and by chance, bought through JDM as well and have to say they were fantastic from beginning to end. I spoke to a lot of estate agents in the area and found most to be like dodgy car sales people, but not JDM. The entire team at the Bromley office were professional and always updated me as much as they could through my sale/purchase. By the end of my selling/purchasing journey I pretty much knew everyone there by name, and they knew me. I would highly recommend either selling, or purchasing through JDM, and if you go via the Bromley office you're lucky enough to have Kelly working with you, who was always productive and good fun. Thanks for all your help guys, I love my new home!!

They provided professional advice throughout, were always contactable and pushed the successful, timely sale of the property when there were potential delays to the chain. I don't live in the area, and this was no barrier to the sale. I would highly recommend.

GoogleWe can’t speak highly enough of the JDM team in facilitating our purchase. It should have been straightforward with no chain and no mortgage involved. The vendor and, possibly more importantly, his solicitor made It anything but straightforward. At times JDM staff seemed to be doing the solicitor’s job for them in providing necessary documents, while chivvying the vendor. We needed to complete on 7 January for personal reasons. The staff at JDM were all helpful, knowledgeable, honest and professional throughout the entire sales process. It has been many years since I have sold a house and I had forgotten that getting an offer is just the start of the process. Offers and potential buyers need to be properly vetted and evaluated so that the best (and most suitable) offer is negotiated - which is precisely what JDM achieved. Then, the sale needs to be managed so that all parties are kept informed and the process goes smoothly. JDM were always on hand to take my calls and always responded to emails promptly, offering advice and information. Apart from one v helpful lady at the Eltham Branch. I move had a really awful and quite frankly bullying level of service from this branch manager . I gave the spare key to the agent to show qualified buyers around. Numerous times only one bolt on the door was locked, not the dead bolt and me having to call the agent to remind them to ensure both bolts should be locked. Once lights left on and when I messaged the manager he didn’t even get back to me and communication was a constant problem where the manager wouldn’t get back to me despite texting he would. I have all the chaser emails and text messages.

Throughout the process, which at times was extremely difficult with the ongoing impact of COVID-19, they kept me fully informed and helped me navigate the complexities of selling a property and managing the various demands of solicitors and anxious buyers. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering selling their property in the Bromley area.

Incompetency at its highest level. Completely useless throughout tenancy. Won a case with property ombudsman due to their incompetence and dishonesty.
Thank you for your feedback. We thought it might be useful to give context to your recent review. As you are aware, the Ombudsman upholding your complaint was in no way due to incompetency and dishonesty on the part of jdm Estate Agents. The basis of your complaint was around the lack of parking at the property you rented. The property was never advertised as including parking, parking was not included in our original marketing material or online advert. The requirement for a parking space was not included as part of your original enquiry or formed part of your offer to rent the property. It was also not included within the tenancy agreement you signed. The Ombudsman's decision to uphold (in part) your complaint was because the landlord had not confirmed to jdm in writing that there was no parking at the property. jdm Estate Agents inherited the management of the property from another agent. There was an omission on their part to oblige the Landlord to complete a property questionnaire form which would have confirmed the parking position. The decision to uphold your complaint (in part) was not because we incorrectly marketed the property or deceived anyone but because they felt due process had not been followed. At all times jdm Estate Agents has been professional, polite and courteous and at no stage have jdm Estate Agents been incompetent or dishonest. We hope this gives some background to your complaint so that it can be understood in context. We also hope that our other reviews and our 5 star Google reviews give reassurance to the public regarding the quality of our service and the level of professionalism they can expect from jdm Estate Agents.
