GoogleA totally lovely group of people that I dealt with all the way through my flat purchase. Always friendly, personable and understanding - they made the very daunting, first time buyer experience much less scary than I imagined. They all seemed to genuinely care about finding the right property for me and then helping me through to exchange - was refreshing to feel I was dealing with actual people. Couldn't recommend them enough!

GoogleThe level of service I have received from JDM has been truly excellent. I was selling a leasehold property, and as such the process was complicated. Kelly especially was brilliant, and is excellent at her job. I would highly recommend this agency. They managed the processes for me very competently and removed most of the stress!

GoogleIt took some time to sell our property. JDM were patient in trying to find a buyer and attended many viewings. Regular updates and reports on progress are essential when marketing houses. We might have appreciated more regular contact, particularly once a buyer was found and the contract process underway. Our property sold to a buyer, keen on the location, who viewed in November.Completion occurred 10 months after JDM's original valuation,and achieved considerably less than it's initial market value in Spring 2017.

If you are seeking an estate agent in the Chislehurst area then you can do no better than instruct JDM. We have recently used the company to sell our home, the service was extremely professional. Every member of staff that we spoke to was friendly, efficient,approachable and had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local property market, which enabled them to supply sage advice and support throughout the progress of the transaction.

JDM were always easy to get hold of, they were proactive, solution focused and helpful no matter who we spoke too. I sold my flat quickly because the team were proactive and organised in arranging viewings and getting feedback from potential buyers. Absolutely disgusting service. Went to view a property in which showed interest in, kept ringing the agent who showed me the property and he never returned my calls. Disappointed with the service. Would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
