As a Tenant I’ve been renting with choices for over 3 years nowI really didn’t have an opinion about them as I rarely hear from them but today I got a email from them saying my rent hasn’t been paid and is 7 days over due considering it was due yesterday and was paid on time, but instead of asking they accused me of being overdue which upset me, I had to prove I paid it and all I got in response was sorry for the miscommunication on the email maybe in future choices could actually ask and not accuse

I have been with choices for around 3 years now. Never had any issues and they have always been so helpful and understanding if i have ever come into any issues and needed help. I tend to enjoy doing any repairs myself but if there is anything i need choices has an easy to use form for non urgent repairs and a phone number for urgent repairs. Beth Gage had gotten back to me so quickly and she was very professional and polite. It has been lovely to have been renting from choices.
