Rachel Nichols is one in a million! There is nothing that girl can’t or won’t do to ensure both my property and myself is protected , and ensures all relevant legislation is complied with in a timely manner. She is always calm and reassuring especially when having to deal with having to evict tenants (a new experience for me), to ensuring my property is well looked after, obtaining quotes from various tradespeople and brought back to a high standard. I know I have nothing to worry about - she is always one step ahead of me. I am constantly both amazed at her tenacity as well as her work ethic. I wouldn’t be without her! Thank you Rachel!

Urgent problem sorted

Nicky Dunn was brilliant when a leak was reported by the flat below mine on Good Friday. She quickly managed to get hold of the tenants and found a plumber who went round and sorted out the problem. I was extremely grateful, especially as I was 200 miles away on a break and couldn't do anything myself.

I signed a contract of 1% with Sam and Mia of Daniel’s in downham way , they also told me they could get the buyer to pay but I said ok no problem , but kept my contract until they negotiated . Sam called me into the office and was not there , Mia told me the couple who liked my property were going to pay the estate agent fees. I need to sign another contract which I did agreeing that the couple would pay , only till the sale of the property was sold I realised an extra 10 thousand O… Iv got more money , they said no that’s ours I said to them , but I was going to pay 1% so surely they should of asked 1% off the couple , but to my surprise they conned them into 2%. I thought you thieving ….. I felt so sorry for the couple , but Sam and Mia didn’t give a hoot . Then when it came to the day we were moving in , I didn’t think I was going to get in as I was last on the chain and the money from the banks were not going through due to them thinking fraud was happening , as the day was going by , time was getting later and later . I phoned Daniel’s spoke to Mia asked her what happens if I don’t get my keys with that she laughs telling me she has no idea, to phone my solicitor. To laugh at some-one and steal from people is a thing I do not agree with, hence what you see and hear from Sam and Mia is all for their benefit not yours. So plz be warned , ppl are not who you think they are . All they are interested in is lining their own pockets and not giving a dam when things go wrong with you .

I’ve been renting with this agency since 2021. Everything is fine as long as there are no issues with the property. However, if you need repairs or replacements, be prepared for long delays. Additionally, this is the only rental agency I’ve encountered that conducts inspections every six months, even for long-term tenants with a proven track record of maintaining the property well.

Absolutely a first class positive review from us selling our home for Sam and his team Mia and Ella at Daniels in Downham. From the initial conversation to valuation, straight to viewing in abundance and immediate feedback to good offers. A two week turn around which amazed us. The communication was just excellent and this team are very knowledgeable and totally impressed us. Their advice really helped us make decisions in this very tentative climate. Sam's team are totally professional and very quick to respond to queries or concerns. They work extremely hard and was very accommoding throughout. We were really treated with respect and a very friendly manner. We honestly do not think you would get better service, going above and beyond including supporting us buying our new home, and late nights and home visits to accommodate our working schedule which was so helpful.
