At the property, Mia was very professional when showing me around the property and had answers to my questions such as information on the boiler, structure of the property etc. At this time Mia informed me of the days she would be in the office, which was extremely helpful. I had a great experience letting my property through Daniels at the Downham branch. I was very impressed with the professional service I received by Lynsey and Jordan. When I called the office Lynsey picked up my phone call within 2 rings, she managed to book me in straight away, and within an hour Lynsey was waiting for me outside the property with a big genuine smile! She explained to me clearly everything that I needed to know prior to putting my property on to the market. Jordan and Lynsey were able to match my property with the right tenants swiftly! The letting team made the process so smooth and it took less than 10 days for the tenants to move in! I arranged to view two properties I was interested in.I received a phone call from Ricardo Grant, who discussed the Two properties of interest and what will be required for me to move forward with arranging a viewing. I soon received confirmation via email and sms of my date, location and time of viewing after our call. I met with Ricardo for the viewings and I found him to be very warm and welcoming, there was no pressure from him when looking around the homes, I was able to take my time, he was able to answer all my questions and very informative. I showed interest in one of the properties and put my offer forward. From that point onwards Ricardo was on the ball with his communication and what the next steps are to go ahead with what I need to do to secure the property. There wasn’t a day that would go by where I would not hear from him whilst undergoing referencing, if there was anything outstanding or not compliment he would let me know straightaway. This allowed the process to run smoothly and for everything to go through very quickly. I want to thank Ricardo Grant for helping us secure a lovely home for me and my family! He wouldn’t know how much this means to us all but it was a big deal for us. We loved the property we viewed and we have happily settled in to our lovely new home and I don’t believe this would have been possible without Ricardo. He helped make our dreams come true and that I would say is very good example of a good caring Letting Agent. Thank you so much Ricardo and I hope you receive the recognition you truly deserve. Overall, I was very pleased with the Lettings Team and their customer service from start to finish.

Having outgrown our house with growing children, we decided just after New Years this year to move to a bigger house. To get going, we had to decide whether we rent our current property (our first choice) or shall we sell it. We were in touch with Daniels Property Services, BR1 5HR to discuss both our options, and decided to sell. We worked with Sam Chung in the process and found them to be remarkable in their management. I first spoke to him really late (just before 6pm) in the first week of January, and Sam was over to see us at 6:30pm with a lot of useful information. We were able to sell the house in three working days from the time the house went live on the website. Due to COVID, the show arounds were arranged very well. We have two small children and we felt very safe in the number of show arounds Sam and Kevin arranged in the duration (and there were quite a few back to back). I found Sam to be very calm and professional in his dealing. A man of few words, and definitely knows what he is doing. I am sure that if I was selling my house again, I would be coming to Daniels and asking for Sam. I also want to thank Nicola Macdonald who dealt with the after sales process on behalf of Daniels. We went through a roller coaster ride in our journey to purchase and Nicola was absolutely on the ball on a day to day basis to keep the process moving and hold our purchasers, while we sorted the purchase of our next house. Another amazing professional to deal with who was always available to speak on the phone till really late in the evening. The one thing that I really appreciated throughout the process was the breathing space they both gave us to make our minds up. They would advise and let us decide which is not what I experienced with some other agents. I work with one of the leading real estate companies in UK and understand the tricks of the industry. We had bought our current house via Daniels in 2008 and are really happy that we decided to sell via them 13 years later, now in 2021. If the level of professionalism in dealing with the clients is to the level that Sam and Nicola have delivered, I would recommend them to anyone trying to sell their property in BR1. Rhiannon is the property manager dealing with the aftermath of a difficult, evasive and filthy tenant who trashed the room she was renting from me. Rhiannon has been very efficient and professional in dealing with a very difficult situation and, although there is still much to sort, she has arranged room clearance, cleaning and decorating, to return the room to a habitable condition.
