Amy Francis has been great is helping sorting out getting an engineer for the flat and providing a time frame. This meant we were not wasting a whole day waiting for them. She deals with your emails promptly and replies with answers either straight away or lets you know she will find out and get back to you. The agency has been doing better recently than previously. Communication has been better and I have been able to speak to the correct people who have been able to help me quickly with queries and followed through on providing requested information. Vicky and the team have been very help and I would like to thank them!When I first dealt with this real estate agency I experienced multiple issues. Firstly, I was dealing with multiple agents which become very confusing and i didn't know who to speak to. Secondly, I had multiple issues that needed to be fixed and things weren't followed up consistently. I was constantly chasing them for answers and when they did reply I only received answer to one of the questions. Lastly, communication was a massive problem, no reply to emails for weeks or months. I would call to follow up and even this didn't incite a reply via phone or email. However, as I said, they have been doing a lot better recently and I really hope this continues.

What can I say.... I'll start off with one member in particular, Satheeskumar - wowI've now been a tenant of choices for 18 months and the work Satheeskumar does, is amazing. We have good communication, listens to me and understands. He recently has made my kids Christmas by gaining permission for them the have a pet. That just on its own is 5 stars.Since Satheeskumar has taken over an area in the office, he's doing an amazing job and should be recognised for that. I've had my fair share of rouge estate agents and Satheeskumar has made choices better.

Landlords Avoid !!!!Terrible management service by choices and rude staff ( Beth Gage) They let my house go 4 months without a gas safety certificate.the roof was leaking for four months before I had to step in and sort , because of there incompetence I had to pay 1000s to get it repaired and all the mould removed . Because of their awful management I wanted to leave choices and it cost 600 pound per property to do so . I honestly don't know how the company is still running .

Terrible experience so far, after 2 months lack of contact constant chasing with no reply.Still waiting for an updates on a repair agreed before I moved in and work on the exterior property began with no notification, just men appearing in my window. This company is a textbook example of how not to run a business.Terrible at getting back to you. So many wasted hours trying to get them to respond.From the number of times you have to repeat things to this company is like speaking to someone with dementia. No body seems to know what their teammate is doing.I am not sure how they have managed to get any good reviews as we certainly saw nothing worth recommending.Do yourself a favour, make the right choice by giving this company a wide berth.
