Ravina even helped clear out my appartment, recommended charities. She managed everything to highest standard whilst i was travelling overseas Thank you everyone

GoogleAlan De Maid, Bromley Branch, is by far the best estate agent we’ve ever used. They made it possible for us to buy our last house and were behind us all the way during our last sale. Teresa, the branch manager, was wonderful and very supportive through a very difficult process and it really would not have been possible for everything to go through without their help. Ironically, Alan De Maid charge a lower fee than a lot of the other larger agents, yet they provide a much better service. Their valuations are always realistic and their communication is terrific. I really could not recommend them highly enough.

Where do I start. Over valued. Poor comms very poor viewing literally this is the kitchen this is the bathroom. We had to badger the office for feedback and developments. Poor write up of property described as 4 bed when its a 5/6. Walk in wardrobe described as large cupboard. They generally didn't seem that bothered in having us as clients. over 18 weeks two viewing.

GoogleI have used Alan de Maid’s letting service and been very happy with the efficient and friendly service provided especially from Natasha ( Bromley office ). The process has been very easy, stress free and communication from Natasha at all times has been superb.She has also answered any questions with patience and nothing is too much trouble. Everything that was meant to be actioned was promptly and I would recommend using Alan de Maid to anyone who requires a letting service and I will not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleAfter an online search we find the property advertised by Alan de Maid we made a phone call and the next day the visit Bee Cemal the letting negotiator was super professional and straight forward organising things, always available to answer a few questions doubts that we have, 6 stars out of 5 really recommend and you have the feeling of someone really looking to a properties that match your needs you have to visit Alan de Maid branch

GoogleI don’t normally leave reviews for agents but I felt the need to in this instance. As a mortgage broker, ex estate agent and ex countrywide employee I come across ALOT of estate agents. I deal with a lot of agents in Bromley as that is where I was based. However it’s not often I come across an agent as brilliant as ravina fermah. We were working together in a chain. I completed the mortgage for the buyers for one of her vendors. I have never come across ravina before. However I just want to say if you are looking for an agent in Bromley ravina from Alan de maid is the one to contact ( and I deal with a lot of Bromley agents) she was cooperative, helpful, friendly but most importantly she worked extremely hard to make sure we got her vendors property over the line. She was so helpful in working with the vendor to get what we needed for a very difficult lender for the buyers mortgage. And I can’t thank her enough for making a very difficult application as stress free as possible by being so helpful. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves and as an independent broker if I have any clients looking to sell in Bromley I will 100% be recommending her. I look forward to working with her in the future.
