GoogleNeeded to sell a rental property from distance and was extremely impressed by the engagement and support from Alan De Maid. Munsoor started the process and was extremely understanding of my circumstances, flexible with his time and made the initial part of the process extremely easy. He then handed over (seamlessly) to Ravina who really went the extra mile, helping me navigate the world of solicitors and engaging with them once the process was started. She then guided me through every step of the way clearly explaining and helping to press the right people at the right time. Extremely good service taking a lot of the stress and pressure away from what is usually an extremely challenging process. Very much appreciated. Thank you!

GoogleTypically I try and stay away from Estate Agencies as pretty much all of my experiences have been very bad and frustrating due to lack of knowledge of the property, experience in the field, maturity or just pure incompetency when it comes to making the process smooth BUT after dealing with Bee Cemal who is the Senior Lettings Negotiator at this business. I can safely say my hope has been restored. She went above and beyond and ensure we had a chance to view our ideal property, was clear. polite and professional. She was clearly looking out for our best interest which is what its all about! Brilliant asset to have in the business and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a simple, slick and fair process when it comes to finding your new home. Keep it up!

I had Ravina looking after my purchase and I could not thank her enough for her being dynamic and always on top of all the relevant documentation. She is a trustworthy and reliable person, does her job with passion and helped us in all the steps. She is really a person you can count on. TrustpilotDon’t be fooled
The agent came in with what sounded like a really good robust approach about how families are moving to our area and they have a database with all their other agencies around the country. In the 16 weeks we were on the market with them we had a sum total of 3 viewings. The photographer refused to show me the photos taken. They were awful, so much so that it looked like the carpeting was raw concrete. The brochure had inaccurate information, was full of spelling mistakes and poor English. I demanded an edit. Between getting the photographer and brochure right it wasted three weeks. We constantly had to chase on information about viewings and feedback. The agent was late for all 3 appointments while the viewers were on time. No apology or calling ahead. Don’t be fooled by the marketing jargon and being told that their agents are proactive and motivated. It’s all lies.

Great service from start to finish, especially from Ravina whose great knowledge of the local area with tips to help us get the most from our new property. Their expertise helped us get through a tricky sale whilst being kept in the loop made us feel more at ease. Would 100% reccomend them to others selling throughout the Bromley area and will use them again in the future.
