Our experience with Alan de Maid Lettings: Estate Agent Harry Burge showed us the property we were interest in. He was on time for the viewing and very polite. Bee Cemal was our contact point after we decided to take the Flat and she handled everything in a professional and helpful manner, including establishing contact between us and the Property Management Company “Complete RPI”. She stayed on top of everything until the lease was signed. Of course, reviews are not just based on the personal experiences with a Company or Service Provider, but also on our expectations and how well they are met. Our expectations were fully met and our experience with Alan de Maid Lettings was 100% positive.

Really made us feel like a valued customer, they had a tough sale with our property due to time wasted by a buyer pulling out last minute, but they got us a buyer within a couple of weeks of that and followed through and owned the sale process with a lot of determination. Slow/no communication. Arranged a viewing with Imogen and was sent confirmation emails but was stood up on the viewing day, waiting in the cold for 25 minutes until I went home. Using Alan de Maid Bromley for both mortgage advise service and to find the right property for me. The process of buying a house can be stressful, and even more so for a 1st time buyer, however using Alan de Maid has made an otherwise frightening process less so. Maria Ticehurst at the Bromley branch has been extremely helpful throughout this process, constantly communicating, answering any questions I might have, providing reassurance where applicable, and she also made the referral to the in house mortgage advisor Dev Patel who has equally been helpful and responsive during the process. As a 1st time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better team to help handle the process.
