Needed to find a property in Central Bristol with very short notice back in 2017 and Harbourside suggested an excellent quality deluxe apartment in the City centre at a very reasonable price, which I ended up stayed on for far longer than I originally intended. They managed to finalise the details very quickly and have been helpful and professional ever since. especially during the start of the pandemic when plans changed very quickly.

Another great experience with Harbourside. Rob, Nick (and the whole office!) worked really hard on our sale, including lots of late nights getting the job done. Not a straightforward sale (due to buyer's) but Harbourside were with us every step of the way progressing things and problem solving. Always responsive and helpful on the phone and email. Attempted to buy a property they have on the market but had to pull out due to being told outright lies from the start. Aside from this the staff were often rude and difficult to get hold of. I would never buy a property from this company on principle.

Very easy to work with and really understand the dynamics of the Central Bristol lettings market. I transferred my investment portfolio over to Alex and his team in 2019 and have enjoyed an significant uplift in income as well as excellent customer service, especially from the back office. This company is not to be trusted. Avoid. Robert Worlock, Managing Director, is happy to rent out properties that have a serious fire risk. I have correspondence from him admitting a fire risk and offering a refund on rent paid, but afterwards refusing to pay. Just completed tenancy with them and the whole process was smooth (Move in to Check out). Nicest estate agents - They were there to help all through the tenancy. With how renting in bristol is, I would only recommend them.
