GoogleI moved to Bristol this summer from Spain for my new job at the hospital. It was a struggle to find help with accommodation until I made a visit to this company. The people here are very helpful, patient and kind. Now I live in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment in Balmoral House, right by the water. I am very happy in my new home and job here in Bristol now! x

GoogleI booked a slot for an appartment viewing. Nobody showed up when I went there. Tried to reach them over the phone but nobody to pick up. In the end i just waster one hour.

GoogleWhen I first came to the house everything was broken - fridge, fume cupboard, sink, shower door... In the end of my tenancy I asked for my DPS deposit back and they sad that I have to pay for the checkout - £90!!! I am still waiting for the remaining amount of money and no body answers my phone calls or emails!!! Be very careful because they will take your money and then get away!!!

GoogleWas told to meet someone outside a property at 12pm Wednesday - which i had to leave the office for. At 12:10 I called up to ask what was going on. The lady who had organised it decided not to turn up since and offer had been made the previous day. She failed to make me aware of this so wasted half an hour of my day walking across Bristol.

GoogleWe have been working with HPG for a year now and I cannot recomend them highly enough. As a contractor, communication is key and HPG are always organised and on point. I cannot recommend enough.

GoogleUnprofessional agency. They confirmed timing and viewing of the property ( Balmoral House) and on the day no agent was there to show the property to me. I tried calling on their Bristol and London number but no one answered. Spent a hour waiting but had to leave. Was expecting an apology call or message the next day but no response.

GoogleAwful. Ignored some serious issues with the property, often rude, unbelievably unresponsive and not even present in the building during working hours when I tried to go due to not having a response via phone. Have ended up losing a large chunk of deposit from landlord and was actually blackmailed into leaving positive feedback. Would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleVery unprofessional. BEWARE. I booked a viewing for a flat, got there, and no one showed up. When I phoned them they said someone took the flat the day before. Bear in mind they had my phone number and email, they didn't even have to decency to inform me about this change. First and last time I will use this agency.

GoogleI've been with this agency for two years and never had any issues with them every time I asked them something they were professional and dealt with everything pretty fast. Definitely recommend them they were the first agency we work with since we moved to the UK and everything went smoothly. Thanks for all the help!
