GoogleBooked a house viewing with heart taken the day off work and they couldn’t even be bothered to show up or call me very bad customer service! No wonder property sits on the market for ages with estate agents like this. Would not recommend steer clear if you want your house viewed! Do better heart !

GoogleWe first met with Michael Hughes and Samuel Pugh a couple of weeks ago to discuss Haart selling our home. Haart were definitely the best estate agents for us in the area- in the last two weeks they have acted thoroughly, clearly and promptly. They have been friendly and professional. GoogleI had a very powerful and compelling experience with Louis. His relationship with me concerning the entire process was super enormous and great. Despite the fact that I couldn’t go for the property viewing due to my tight schedule at work, he was very calm, gentle, and patient with me and also made a thorough video of it and sent it to me to make my decision in that respect. What an immense professionalism and understanding. He respectfully and humbly guided me throughout the entire process from the beginning to the end. He never made the process too cumbersome unlike other agencies but rather made it look too simple, comfortable, understanding, and unstressed. His professionalism was very fantastic and splendid. He never left any stone unturned regarding answering every single bit of question I asked. I would like to use this opportunity, which is very hard to come across because of my personal experience I’ve had with Louis to highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable agent for any type of property. I have personally given him a new name (Professor Louis) because he is too friendly, pleasant, reachable, and welcoming in all his dealings.
