I bought a flat through Bristol Haart. They are very professional!!! Much better than the agent I used before. I found Nigel Fudge, Aryan Zeighanmia and James Hughes VERY helpful!!! Thanks to Nigel who has been very proactive chasing solicitors and keep things moving forward. Thanks to Aryan who has been really patient to arrange me a detailed property viewing. Thanks to James who has been very professional to sort out the final but important bit of the property purchasing process. I will highly recommend people to choose them as estate agents.

I have recently purchased a property through Haart and dealt mainly with Justine. I was extremely happy with the service I received throughout the process. Justine and her team were polite, informative and very knowledgeable about the area. They were also always very accommodating when it came to extra viewings and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the property. Haart have proven from the start to be fully committed to finding me a buyer, after several months with another agent they have secured a sale in 2 weeks! James Hughes has been extremely helpfull and has maintained an interest in my sale throughout and is a dedicated agent that is focused on closing the deal. I have to add the photographs to market my property were probably what have made the difference and assisted in making this sale happen, Haart understand the area and its strengths and weaknesses so are able to advise vendor and buyer which property will suit them hence making it a smooth process.

OMG, I strongly recommend James Hughes, at Haart, Clifton Office, absolutely a charming genuine young man, no Sales pressure, he is very understanding with your needs! If you don't understand, he will go through it again. The photo's taken, well absolutely fantastic, very professional. It is very stressful with moving, he has a way of making you feel relaxed and not feel under pressure, James is with you through every step, and keep you updated at all times. I have moved several times over the years, and have never received such brilliant customer service as I have done with James. I feel in safe hand's, and have no worries with James selling my property. I have completely put my trust in him, he has listened to my instructions, and have abided by them. I came across Haart estate agents by chance actually, as I was looking to buy a flat, whilst simultaneously selling my house. I had my house on the market with another estate agent at the time. Well, from the start, Haart were professional and friendly. So much so, that I decided to place my house on the market with them to sell. James Hughes, came to value my property and went above and beyond to market and sell it. The entire team were magnificent but I was extremely impressed by the dedication and personal commitment that James displayed! Needless to say he found me a buyer for my house in less than a week on the books with Haart. Unfortunately, my personal circumstances changed and despite this, James was incredible in not only trying to find a solution but supporting me through the process. I'm a first time buyer but I'd had a really bad experience with a different attempt to buy a couple of years ago (through a different estate agent), so I was really anxious about the whole process. The guys at Haart have made the whole experience so chilled - they regularly call and update me with what's going on, anything that I need to do to help move things forward...I've felt so well supported, I really can't say enough lovely things about these guys! The mortgage advisor appointment with Jason (which I wish I had had the first time round! It made everything much clearer and gave me a really good idea of time frames) was great and it ensured I had everything together that I needed, and was financially verified to go ahead with an offer. The initial property viewing with Ben was great, he was really knowledgeable and called promptly afterwards to update me with everything I had asked about the property. I've had a lot of follow up with Nigel and George as the flat purchase has progressed and they've always been really friendly, professional, and supportive. They've talked me through the Housebuyer's Report and have helped make everything really clear. All their advice has been honest and pragmatic, and any queries I've had have been chased up really quickly, it's been so much better than I could have hoped for. Their service has taken so much of the stress out of buying a place, I'd definitely use them again in the future. I'd highly recommend Haart, especially for first time buyers - I wouldn't hesitate to use them if I ever decide to move!

Giovanna Scippo guided us through our house selling and buying. Giovanna was extremely thoughtful, pro-active andf professional throughout. Her updates were always well researched , and her passing on of info was articulate and concise. I would hunt her down and want to use her as my Estate Agent in the future! I always felt assured Giovanna was acting in my best interests. I used a solictor on recommendaiton, which worked out really well as well. Esentially, my "team" of Giovanna and my solicitor worked out very well for me. The same cant be said for other agents/solicitors in my chain, unnfortunatley! So in summary, I would not hesitate to work with Giovanna again and I 100% recommend her to anyone.
