GoogleBrilliant service cant recommend highly enough! We put our apartment onto the market on Monday and had accepted an offer by the Thursday. James Hughes was a pleasure to work with, took brilliant professional photos and delivered an exceptional service. Also, he was very helpful in regards to our questions as we sold through the assisted move scheme which was completely new to us! Would 100% recommend the Bristol Team!

GoogleHi everyone they r pretending they are well but in actual way i had a property from them first they took from me £450 only which is not refundable i was agree now end of day when i left property they send me bill and put wrong alegatations saying i damaged the property stuff so when i asked no reply no mention only things could b out of other even i paid for insurance simply these are thieves pls donot recommend of this company they send me bloody £918 bills only for garden clean it was such a horrible services all the best
Hello, We attempted to call you a number of times to discuss this to no avail. Flatfair No Deposit is the simple and safe alternative to security deposits. Tenants pay a small check-in fee worth only one week's rent plus VAT, split evenly across the household, as well as any damage costs or missing rent being paid for when it's time to move out, this was signed and agreed by yourselves at the start of the tenancy. Unfortunately, you did not return the property as it was provided to you therefore, there were charges for this. We urge all tenants to please return the property as they found it to avoid this and I recommend you take better care in the future.
