GoogleEllie Powell arrived at the house today with potential buyers for a viewing. I found her to be incredibly helpful and knowledge and was impressed by her professionalism and ability to build a rapor with the potential buyers and with myself as the outgoing tennant. After the viewing was over Ellie came back into the house to fully introduce herself and ask how I was feeling as she knew I had been unwell, which was very touching as she must be incredibly busy. Knowing I would be looking for a new home and was full of advice and reassurance. I was really impressed - its that personal touch that makes you remember people, especially when backed up with knowledge and enthusiasm. I wish Ellie all the very best. Highly Recommended

GoogleThe house was sold quickly and staff were pleasant, However repeatedly supplied us with inaccurate information regarding moving details and when we arrived in our new property Were given the cold shoulder and wouldn't give and assistance with issues to do with the sale and purchase I feel like once they had got to the point of STC The help dried up they were going to be paid and no longer cared
