The experience with the letting agent, Nicola, was so incredibly professional. She is so friendly, bubbly and kind. She met with us at our rental property and was ready to take photos and videos with the help of our 8 year old son who she, very kindly, included in the process. The property was rented within a week - she knew exactly the type of tenant we were looking for. Nicola kept us in the loop at every stage and was fantastic. I could not recommend her more and will use her again in the future. The administrative team, however, was not so great which was a real shame as it let Haart down.. They were demanding, not overly helpful and sent through the wrong statement saying we would be paying an awful lot more than agreed with no explanation or apology for the mistake. I would give the admin team a 2 and Nicola a 5 hence the overall rating of 4.

Lack of communication and transparency. Absolutely awful and unprofessional service. Called to view a property as soon as the advertisement was posted for it, and been told we will call you back to arrange a viewing, I called everyday to make sure I don’t miss out and still received the same response, eventually the property went let agreed and they didn’t even call me for a viewing. Absolutely not worth it, worse agency in Bristol so far.

Not used Haart's as a seller hence I can't give 5 stars cos I don't know but what I would say is that Adrian worked very hard to try and get a sale done with us. He got us access to info regarding the property to allay concerns about damp. It wasn't quite the right house for us so we didn't buy but obviously that's not on him. :)

I recently went through a house move during probably one of the most stressful times for people in a century. James from the office in fishponds, a new letting agent, was an absolute hero for me and my partner. I knew as soon as I met him, he was golden. He found us an amazing property and with an amazing landlord and during the whole ordeal, he was in personal contact with me throughout, trying to smoothen out the cracks made in other areas of the business due to this virus. Unfortunately, I have now heard James has been let go due to current affairs. He even stayed in contact and helped, even though he had no obligation to. I cannot thank him enough for his patience, his reassurance and overall, his great approach to the stressful work he was doing. If you manage to read this James, me and Tara thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
