GoogleDo not recommend Haart Bristol, after recent experience on selling my property , extremely poor communication, never update you, never call back or answer emails. Adrian Blake Branch Manager in Bristol was my main contact and communication very poor. Would not recommend.

GoogleAs a landlord I have found all team members to be highly efficient and hardworking, Nicola.Lewis,does an excellent job managing the team, Thomas Taylor does an incredible job of finding tentants, and Shannon Bull does an amazing job with managing the property we let out. I would highly recommend Haart Estate agents to anyone looking to rent or rent out their property .

GoogleWe spoke to several estate agents all of which didn't seem very keen to take on our house which was a straightforward no chain sale. Haart were immediately enthusiastic, came round straight away showing the research they had already done, advised us well and we signed up straight away, They had the house on the website within a week and six people to view on the first day. They operated an open house over 2 days and we received 6 offers one of which we accepted. Liam kept us fully informed throughout the sale and during the legal stages. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleIn the process of viewing properties in Bristol which is exhausting in itself, and had the most lovely chat with Emma. She was calm, friendly, chatty and really helped advise me on the best course of action without coming across as pushy or sales-y which was refreshing

GoogleExperienced terrible service through Haart. the initial taking of the deposit and access to an online viewing prior to letting a flat was very quick and efficient, but experienced nothing but headaches from then onwards. the online portal system is a nightmare, they repeatedly got email addresses wrong and we received very rude emails when we were unable to fill out details online; when it came to actually collecting the keys I travelled twice from 2 hours away to be able to move in and both times the contract was voided because of errors on their end - no communication about this and it delayed our move in date. We weren't given the correct keys or any details for the landlord and again received rude communication when trying to chase up on this. The people in the branch have always been friendly and approachable but the whole system is very difficult to navigate and is certainly not set up to be tenant friendly.

GoogleA LONG overdue review for this phenomenal letting agency. Having had bad experiences from other letting agencies in the past, I was slightly wary renting with haart but those worries soon disappeared after I spoke to one of the loveliest, friendliest person ever Nicola Lewis. She instantly helped me to find the right place and went above and beyond by offering alternatives which made me feel like she genuinely cared which is so rare these days! She was so warm and considerate and was extremely good at communication which was really great to have as I had previously spent days with my previous agency spending days chasing them up. This has never happened with haart. For sure the best agency in Bristol. If you want your letting journey to be as smooth as possible, work with haart and if you can ask for Nicola. She is the perfect amount of funny and equally professional and really puts a smile on your face. A true ANGEL and the best letting agent I've ever met. Really could not recommended her more.
