GoogleI have been dealing with James at this office and wanted to extend my thanks to him for what can only be described as a very personal service. I have spoken with James numerous time on the telephone, sometimes up to an hour at a time and he has always been courteous, polite, helpful, patient and highly professional. James has never pressurised me one way or another into making any kind of decision. In essence, I have not had this pleasant and positive experience with any other estate agency to this point and I can, and do, wholeheartedly recommend Haart and James specifically as a contact to deal with. GoogleAs a landlord, I’ve used Haart for a number of years now, and have found their new Property Manager Ida Matczak, to be a breath of fresh air. She Always returns calls and emails in a timely fashion, and regularly gives me progress updates, so I’m always in the picture as to what is happening to my property. The itinerary reports at the beginning and end of a lease are very professional and detailed. Well done Ida!👏👏👏 Thank you

GoogleI bought a new home with an agent from Spicerhaart (advertised through HAART Clifton) in Bristol that turned out to be a complete nightmare. The communication was scarce throughout the process, having no direct line with the developers, I had to chase the estate agent for weeks to get incomplete answers and updates long after the deadlines were overdue. I was not allowed to see the property at any point despite being promised it before completion. Upon completion the finishing of the property was appalling, still waiting on the many amendments. The whole experience shows me that although the estate agent claimed to have 30+ years of experience, they failed to screen and select quality developers, manage the purchase process and my expectations and needs as a buyer. All in all I would not recommend, try your luck elsewhere.

The development wasn’t ready or safe for viewings until completed and the developer would not allow us to carry out any viewings before completion due to health and safety. We requested that all purchasers make a list of any necessary work and email the developer who contact details were provided. The developer has been working towards getting all the works completed. There has unfortunately been delays due to Covid with building works and building materials, however, the developer has assured us that it will get sorted. If there are still outstanding works please do email us and we can forward this to the developer. We wish you all the best in your new home.

GoogleIt took us 17 months to move house, including 4 different houses. All to do with the people we were buying from so nothing we could have done about it. Hannah and the team were great, always in contact, giving good advice and keeping our buyer happy through the process. They never pressured us to do anything we didn't want to, and were always aware that we wanted the best for our family. If you want to stay informed and know what is happening, I'd highly recommend the fishponds Haart team.

GoogleOur experience with Haart has been excellent. After initially trying to sell our property through another agent we were left with a poor experience and a sale we needed to get pushed through promptly. The Haart team were well aware of exactly what was going on as well as what was needed to progress in the best timescales possible. The system the team used to update us also helped set expectations and easily track progress. We would highly recommend anyone looking to use Haart and in particular would like to thank Tracey, Eva and Hannah for working so hard in ensuring our sale went through.

GoogleHaart Fishponds went beyond our expectations when selling our house. Starting with Tracy’s beautiful pictures of our house and Sam and Hannah’s professionalism with the viewings. Once a sale was agreed Hannah took complete control over the process and was exceptional. She explained everything thoroughly, gave us weekly updates, kept everyone in the chain updated and even chased our purchase estate agent and conveyancers to keep everything running smoothly. During what can be a very stressful time, I find communication is key and this is where Hannah didn’t let us down. Nothing was too much trouble and every question answered. We found her to be very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleJames was a professional from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble for him. The whole process was thoroughly explained and he took his time staging our property to ensure that it was presented to the best of his abilities. James appears to really care about his clients, making sure he takes time to show an interest in all aspects of the sale and purchase you are making. I would say that he goes above and beyond. Haart made the whole process easy for us, having just had a new baby we wanted to be able to market the property with the minimum of fuss and selling through James' suggestion of an open house was ideal as we didn't have to keep recleaning up the house ready for viewings. The negotiation team were fab, again, everyone being really personable and professional. I would recommend all of the team I can into contact with. Thank you to James and all of your team for the help and advice you gave us.

GoogleEven though we still haven’t managed to purchase our dream home (because we are ultra fussy!), Hannah Cleave from Hart is an absolute delight to deal with and hands down is the best estate agent I have come across. She has really taken the time to understand what we are after and why and has kept in touch with us on a regular basis (over the years!!!!), giving us confidence that she is still looking for us! I would have no hesitation in using Hannah to sell our house.

GoogleI’m currently letting a property with Haart and couldn’t be more disappointed with the service. I made a formal complaint about the lack of communication and the response was late and incomplete despite my reminder. Also needed to make a second formal complaint in order to clarify whether the tenant had paid the rent as Haart kept insisting they had transferred money when they now admit they hadn’t. Every interaction is a disappointment. End of contract has been rounded off by a failure to return all the keys which wasn’t noticed by the property management team despite paying extra for inventory at the start and check out at the end.

GoogleAfter eventually meeting Alex at the Haarts Clifton office in person, service has greatly improved and they are much more responsive. The lower review is mainly a reflection on the solicitors that Haart recommend and obviously must have a contract with. The vendor used these and I would avoid them at all costs!! They have been extremely slow and unresponsive, took 4 months to send the management pack through and extremely difficult/near impossible to get hold of - even Haart have struggled. They were also double the price.
