Me and my husband could not have been any pleased with the service received from Haart Estate Agents. As a first time buyer I had such a positive experience that I will look to Haarts in the future to sell/sell. Tracey and George have been absolutely brilliant, very supportive, I turned to them many times for advise and they always gave me their time. The whole team are very professional. And finally their broker Jewanye was recommended he was so quick at getting things done, efficient, a lovely person who always put you at ease and a very strong communicator. I have been using Haart's now for the past 5-6 years but late last year we were thinking of moving to another agent as we have a fair few rentals with them and the service seemed to be getting worse and difficult to manage. However, we eventually got to deal with a lady called Ida Matczak who changed our mind and restored the faith as she is totally on the ball, hands on and gets things done for us and most importantly communication is direct, she is always there and without her we probably would have moved on. I can't recommend her highly enough if you are looking for someone to deal with and manage your property.

Had a really good experience with Haart recently. Too many Estate Agents treat their clients like 'sales opportunities' and forget the human aspect to what is (for a first time buyer) a very daunting prospect! Haart, and James Hughes is particular was great. It was clear from the off that we were more than a commodity to him, as he took the time to really understand our situation and aspirations. He was thorough, sympathetic and genuinely interested in helping us. Further to this, he's a funny and genuine guy...not just another salesman! James also put us in touch with a Mortgage Broker who mirrored the level of professionalism and attention to detail he possesses. So all in all, I couldn't recommend them highly enough! Keep up the good work guys.

REVIEW 2 This is my second review for Haart Estate Agents on Whiteladies Road. My first review was at the beginning of the process. The managers, Nigel and Alex managed to secure a sale for my partner quite quickly. My flat is in the same building and I had a sale follow shortly after. Sadly that buyer pulled out. I was a little concerned because it coincided with a slight cooling in the market. I've always felt that the Haart team genuinely care about my personal situation. Trudi and I are moving to Devon and Haart often make reference to this. I also benefitted from the 0% commission promotion but the deadline was looming and I needed an extra push to ensure I stayed within the terms of the offer. Amy and Hannah are always very enthusiastic and I always felt confident that they will be friendly and upbeat during viewings. But it was Haart's new negotiator, James Hughes, who really pushed things along. James has unrelenting energy and would speak to me as late as 7pm. He is a tenacious character who really puts the effort in. Other agents on Whiteladies Road are little more than "door openers" but James uses every resource available to guarantee no stone is left unturned. James was in constant communication updating me. He clearly created opportunities rather than hoping Rightmove would do all the hard work. Trudi and I have both sold and we've sealed the deal on a new pad in Devon. I was pleased in the beginning but even more satisfied at the end. Charlie Blackler REVIEW 1 Haart Estate Agents on Whiteladies Road has been the most professional agent that I have known in Bristol. I have previous knowledge of several Clifton estate agents and the experience has been mostly disappointing. However, Alex at Haart has been a star. He has produced great viewing numbers, I never have to chase him for feedback and I really get the sense he genuinely cares. My girlfriend and I both instructed Haart for our 2 flats in Redland. We were slightly concerned that going down the 0% commission route was a bit like "having our cake and eating it". But thankfully Haart has demonstrated more effort, politeness and professionalism than many of the more established agents on Whiteladies Road. We are both on the cusp of offers as I write. I was starting to lose hope in our local agents but I can say unreservedly, Alex has restored my faith and could teach the established agents a thing or 2 about professionalism. Charlie Blackler

I viewed quite a few properties with haart and unfortunately I missed out on one but I eventually found it with another agency. Haart are a very friendly and professional agency and i just wanted to mention one negotiator in particular. James Hughes was one of the best agents I came across, he was attentive constantly in touch and it felt like he really cared about finding me and my son our first home. So happy to recommend haart to anyone and everyone. After my Dad passed away in Jan 2021 we've had a horrible time with probate and solicitors so I was dreading the actual sale of my Dads property.
