When it came to the end of the tenancy, the whole process was completely stress free. This was facilitated by Ida who oversaw my move out and communicated excellently with me. GoogleWe bought a property that was sold by Haart a couple of years ago, and was very impressed with them at the time despite not being their client. So it was a no brainer that when it came to selling our property we didn't want to look elsewhere and decided to instruct Haart. Liam and the new team in Clifton have been extremely professional, and despite some challenges they really did go above and beyond to find us credible buyers for our property within just a few weeks. They completely took on board how important it is for us to move quickly and also referred us to their mortgage adviser and solicitors all for a seamless process. A great agent to work with during such a stressful time. As a new landlord, being able to hand your keys over and give total faith to someone is difficult but Nicola has done a brilliant job and made my life 1000 times easier and I am 100% reassured and trust her with my property. But after the property was sold, nothing worked really well for almost 5 months because of their inability to follow up my case with the horrible solicitor firm called SPICKETT BATRICK which was recommended by HAART senior manager Mr. Nigel Fudge. These two were extremely unprofessional and it took 5 months for me to get my property exchanged even though there was no chain. I am actually contemplating about complaining to the Ombudsman.
