Firstly I think that any of us looking for a place to live through an agency can be both frustrating and a lot of the time unhelpful and complicated. Myself and my partner were finding it very difficult and as we were expecting a baby very soon so we were running out of both time and options. I found it shocking that a lot of agencies shot us down just at the mention of us about to have a baby and were quite frankly very short with us and didn’t want to help at all! I don’t know why because babies are a part of life and shouldn’t be a reason to be looked down on in choosing new tenants. We were even considering having to move out of Bristol because of this. Until we came across Haart lettings. Firstly they had no objections whatsoever about the baby and instead of being short they were extremely supportive with this matter. Ciaran who showed us round the flat was lovely and extremely helpful. Then we dealt with Nicola who is definitely the nicest lady and by far the most supportive agent I have ever dealt with. She knew our struggles and helped us every step of the way and for that we were extremely grateful. As an agency this is by far the best one out of the several others I tried in Bristol. It seems a lot of others are out for themselves however with haart I really felt like they cared about us and I’m so grateful to all the team there . Great service and highly recommended. haart were professional throughout, marketed our property very well and achieved a quick sale at a good price which we were very satisfied with. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and dedicated and kept us informed at all stages. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the control of haart we were never able to complete and have had to pull out of the market for now. However, we would have no hesitation in considering them again as soon as we're in a better position to try again.

A LONG overdue review for this phenomenal letting agency. Having had bad experiences from other letting agencies in the past, I was slightly wary renting with haart but those worries soon disappeared after I spoke to one of the loveliest, friendliest person ever Nicola Lewis. She instantly helped me to find the right place and went above and beyond by offering alternatives which made me feel like she genuinely cared which is so rare these days! She was so warm and considerate and was extremely good at communication which was really great to have as I had previously spent days with my previous agency spending days chasing them up. This has never happened with haart. For sure the best agency in Bristol. If you want your letting journey to be as smooth as possible, work with haart and if you can ask for Nicola. She is the perfect amount of funny and equally professional and really puts a smile on your face. A true ANGEL and the best letting agent I've ever met. Really could not recommended her more.

We were potential buyers so not strictly clients. Good: Viewing & negotiations conducted promptly & professionally by a newer member of staff. Purchase postponed indefinitely by sellers due to a sensitive personal issue. Bad: After weeks of no update from seller (understandable), agent became more distant & wouldn't return our calls. Called Haart to withdraw & inform partner had become pregnant so needed to move urgently. 3 days later agent called back pregnant partner and upset her. Leaves a sour taste.

My partner and I recently underwent a house purchase through Haart, with Eva acting as Haart's agent. She was highly professional throughout, personable, always precise with the information she provided, quick to respond and quick to communicate updates when necessary. She acted really effectively as a point of communication between ourselves and the sellers and made the whole process run smoothly and painlessly, which was obviously appreciated. During the search for our new house, Eva showed us around a few properties in our search area. Our first impressions of Eva were that she was friendly, engaging and interested in finding out our needs for our property move. When we found our dream house through Haarts, Eva was so helpful by providing us with timely communication, liaising between the seller and ourselves and generally being a positive force during what can be quite a stressful time! We really appreciated Eva giving us the time to visit the house for a second viewing and making it easy for our surveyor to visit the property also. Overall, we would use Eva again in a heartbeat. She has made the process flow easily and we enjoyed working with her throughout our purchase.

We turned up unannounced to look at the outside of a property, and fortunately Eva was there with another prospective buyer. She made time to show us around as well, and was knowledgeable about the property. It turned out to be a very difficult purchase, thanks to complexities of the property and incompetence by both sets of solicitors. Eva shepherded the vendor and solicitors through 8 months of negotiations, stalling and procrastination, and finally this week we will exchange and complete. Eva has always remained upbeat and kept the faith, although she must have doubted it was ever going to happen! For a comparatively small purchase value, Eva has shown dedication, attention to detail and sheer determination to get it done. Thank you so much!

During our search for our house, we came across many different estate agents and genuinely couldn't have found more of a gem than Eva at Haart. From the very first interaction (at a house we didn't like at all tbh) Eva was warm, funny friendly and picked up on our feelings quickly, meaning we could have more purposeful conversations. On our second viewing with Eva, we liked the house so much that we put an offer in and luckily managed to secure the house. From then, we had many many ups and downs (as I am sure lots of people do) but Eva was always at the end of the phone or email, very friendly and always working towards the outcome of the sale going through as quickly as possible. Throughout the process, it was clear that Eva was always working hard to make sure the right outcome for all parties was achieved and that we were all happy to proceed at all stages. I had an extremely difficult and long buying process despite being a first-time buyer due to a terrible solicitor (recommended by my own bank!) however, Lynn Garlick at Haart was lovely. Despite several solicitors disappearing over the 7 months it took to move into the property, she was excellent at chasing up and towards the end just offering some lovely words of comfort as I was pulling my hair out - also literally, as my alopecia returned due to the stressfulness of the whole thing! - she was fast to respond to emails and had a good sense of humour which helped as well. Haart were very quick at chasing up on the rare instances my solicitors did or said they needed anything. I would happily recommend them :)
