My wife and I have been toying with the idea of selling our home to upsize as she’s pregnant. After having 3 agents visit us we had given up as we didn’t find any of them to be helpful, they arrived late and none of them gave us an accurate price almost £150.000 difference in some cases. Our final agent to visit us was Haart and Cheryl who turned up on time and full of enthusiasm. One of the noticeable differences was her preparation, she had several sets of statistics and showed enormous knowledge and expertise. We felt the price was accurate and would definitely love to use Haart in the future.Especially Cheryl what a credit to your company

Very happy with Haart and the personalised service they've provided in the sale of our home. Dan and Nigel have been brilliant. After having our house on the market for 3 months with another agent and only 2 viewings of the property through them, we made the right decision to move to Haart. Nigel really sold us on their marketing, their service and their reputation. Nigel and Dan were able to get several viewings and offers for our house within roughly a month on the market! The team has been great with taking all our calls and regular queries, explaining things properly and getting the right people through our doors, just accepted an offer today! I’m a first time buyer making this process completely new to me. I was shown around the apartment by Justine who was very welcoming, friendly and informative. I was able to arrange a second viewing with Aryan the next day and again it was a really positive experience. I worked with Simon whilst selling my property in South Bristol. Simon shows extreme competence and an unrivalled ability to orchestrate a sale. Numerous times when i felt like I had no chance of moving things forward, a quick phone call and he has the issue resolved seemingly immediately. I have never had to chase him... quite the opposite he was chasing me! Sound advice. He is definitely knowledgable within his field. Fantastic service across the board really. Some initial hiccups with getting the information correct on our listing (hence only 4 stars), but after that everything went very smooth. I found the staff honest and open, and despite receiving a lot of calls from me (being a control freak) they were always accommodating and helpful. The progression of the sale is what I was most impressed with. They only got involved at the appropriate times, and were very prompt in gathering information, answers to questions, relaying messages to our buyers etc. Compared to the agent I had to go through with our purchase on the other side of this sale where the manager overstepped and butted in any every opportunity and made it a nightmare, I found Haart in Southville, particularly Amie and Callum to be an absolute pleasure to work with.

Our experience when using Haart to secure our first home in Bristol was second to none. Unlike all of the other estate agencies we dealt with, Haart showed a genuine interest in all of the parties involved and were able to consistently put our minds at ease during a stressful time. We were kept updated every step of the way even when the agent specifically dealing with our purchase was unavailable. They were professional, helpful, friendly, and an all round pleasure to deal with. Since the purchase I have received a courtesy call just to see how we are settling in - a very nice touch that will be remembered. I cannot recommend Haart enough. Having recently sold our flat in Sneyd Park, Bristol, I feel saddened that our communications have now come to an end. Every telephone call made was dealt with immediately and efficiently. I believe there is excellent teamwork within the Clifton branch as everyone I spoke to knew the current situation with my sale, if there was any uncertainty, information was at their fingertips and I was soon updated. Although Haart work with a professional, polite and charming attitude there was also a welcoming, personal feeling with all the staff. I hardly had to give my surname when calling for updates and rarely having to reel off the address and circumstances. Many, many thanks to Nigel, James, George, Callum and Jason.

On the spur of the moment I decided to sell my Studio Flat in Clifton. Early the following morning Nigel Fudge from Haart's called and I signed an agreement which was binding for only 4 weeks.
