I am a student of University of bristol. As everyone knows the letting market is really crazy this year. I have been searching for a property online since march. So I decided to reach Bristol and resume search in person. I reached there by August 23. I visited almost every letting agency in Bristol. But there were no properties available. It is very difficult to find a property if you are a student. And I came with my 5 year old daughter which made the process even more difficult. That was when i went to Haart agencies Clifton branch. There I met Nicola and Thomas Newson Taylor. They heard our situation very carefully. Took notes and console me. Gave me hope that I will get a place soon. Then on next week Thomas asked me if I could take a property by virtual viewing only. And I said yes. I completely trusted him on the process. He show me the video of a gorgeous 1bhk garden flat. I was very happy. But there were a lot of issues. But Thomas really helped me to get through every barrier.. He was always there for me through out the process . And I secured the property. From my experience Haart letting agencies and especially Nicola and ofcourse THOMAS really turned my life around. Their individual attention to every customer is very appreciable. I have already recommended haart to my friends who are coming with family. And will continue recommending them.. Thank you so much Thomas.. You guys deserve 5 star rating

Thomas and Nicola have gone above and beyond from the moment i clicked for details on the property.Thomas called me and arranged a viewing within hours and showed me the property himself. He was professional and enthusiastic about the property, he answered every question i had and more very knowledgeable about the property and what he didn’t know he called me back within an hour of the viewing. I did have a few problems with my end of things but nothing has been to much trouble dealing with issues at every crossroad also supporting me as its been an emotional time. I had to pop into the office at one point and Nicola treated me like a friend with compassion and was very caring towards my needs and issues and gave me some very kind words. Thomas has been at the end of the phone every step of the way with the same compassion and care. I wouldn’t be collecting the keys to my fresh start today if it wasn’t for these 2 very special people. I cant thank them enough. I have dealt with Haart from buying a flat through to renting it out and can honestly say I have complete trust in them and doubt I would go to anyone else! Their continuity is outstanding, particularly Nicola Lewis who remembers all the small things and takes out all the stress for me. She definitely goes above and beyond to do everything she can for you, such as when my father died in 2018 just before getting new tenants in, she took the load completely off me and sorted everything out in my absence.
