As first time buyers, we felt a little overwhelmed jumping into the house buying world! Thomas made us feel very relaxed about everything and was really informative about all the properties. He also went out of his way to show us other properties that we hadn’t considered yet and spent a lot of time talking with us to find out what we liked / didn’t like so he could do more research for us. He was happy to answer all of our questions and made us feel like no question was a silly one! I was really impressed with how the team listened to my needs and wants and only contacted me with properties that were appropriate to these needs. Ellie Powell has been professional and attentive and has shown me around properties which matched my needs and expectations. She has kept in regular contact and put me in touch with Luke for a full financial review soon. Ollie gave me fantastic feedback When he and Thomas came to my home for a valuation. He took his Time and listened intently to my current situation and the plans i have for my property. My experience with Haart Estate Agents left much to be desired. As a tenant searching for a room, I was initially optimistic when viewing a property with them. However, the reality was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the initial moving date of the 22nd was repeatedly pushed back due to the landlord's lack of readiness with furniture. This lack of preparedness resulted in an extended delay until the 1st. Secondly, the communication from Haart was minimal at best. I was left in the dark for extended periods, unsure of when I could finally move in. Most concerning was their attempt to get me into signing the contract despite glaring issues with the property. There was no hob to cook on, the fridge was unacceptably dirty, and there was a complete absence of furniture to sleep on. The extra star was really due to them at least trying to find somewhere else in the days notice before move in. In summary, my experience with Haart Estate Agents was characterised by disappointment, lack of communication, and an attempt to overlook significant issues with the property. I caution fellow tenants to be wary when dealing with this agency.

While looking to buy a property I have contacted many agents in Bristol. Haart's on White Ladies road stand out for me. A new member of staff was unsure about some of the information I needed. I was impressed that she put me through to a more senior colleague. Ellie Powell was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My situation was slightly out of the ordinary and I thought they wouldn't be able to help me. Extremely disappointed with the service from Haart Estate Agents. My family booked two separate viewings, and on both occasions the agent failed to show up. The latest appointment was today, and we were left waiting for almost 50 minutes with no one there to meet us. This is simply unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. The agent responsible was Joseph. If appointments cannot be honoured, customers should at least be informed in advance instead of being left waiting. I hope this review helps others know what to expect before choosing this branch.

Brilliant, Effective and very Professional Estate Agents. I've used multiple Estate Agents in Bristol over the last fifteen years as both a tenant and more recently as a buyer and then a seller. Haart are by far the best. If you live on the south-side of town don't let their location on the north side of town put you off. Adrian and Ellie were brilliant and Josh and Thomas were behind the scenes making things happen too in a busy, professional office. 5 STARS. If you're looking for an estate agent - give them a call.
