I just want to say a huge thank you to Louis Watkins for all his help and support. He’s been incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout my time renting. Louis truly went out of his way to help me, always answering my questions, taking my calls, and making sure I was looked after. He even negotiated with the landlord on my behalf, going back and forth to get a better outcome for me. He followed up every step of the way to make sure everything was sorted. I’m a student studying at the university of Bristol and I can honestly say that trying to find a place to rent has been one of the most stressful experiences. From calling countless agencies requesting bookings, having to deal with rude letting agents, being hung up on and not called back I really was at my wits ends! Thankfully - after many attempts - I secured a room in a property with haart! Special thanks to Nichola for being so personable and amazing on the phone guiding me with the process and updating me every step of the way - truly a credit to to her team and has restored my faith in letting agents! Haart was been incredible in the process aswell, especially providing an alternative deposit option which really lowered overall moving in costs. This letting agent really does have students and their clients at heart! (Excuse the pun)

I spoke to Nicola in the Bristol branch today and I cannot explain how glad I am that I picked up the phone. We may have to move house due to our landlords selling up and I called with concerns about having pets and finding somewhere we can afford which is near to our daughter school. Within 5 minutes of speaking with Nicola she managed to bring me back down to earth, explain our options and generally help me realise that everything will be okay! Nicola has offered to keep in touch with us and support us all the way should we get to the stage of needing to find a new home. Cannot thank Nicola enough. My daughter and her housemates have just secured their property through Haart. Nicola discovered the night before the move that they had ticked the wrong box for the deposit scheme they wanted. She worked late into the evening and all through the next day contacting and chasing all the relevant parties to ensure they got what they wanted and still moved in as planned. I recently moved into Bristol all the way from New Zealand and Thomas made what was such a daunting thing an unbelievably easy process. Thomas was a true professional and got the ball rolling fast with a quick viewing of the property. Becoming a landlord can be a really difficult thing to do. But not with haart they made it so easy and really took all of the fear out of it. I have had a lovely experience with Haart so far, this is my first renting a whole house and Thomas has been very helpful, welcoming and cheerful from the start. Our viewing felt relaxed and we had plenty of time to look at the house without feeling rushed or pressured at all. Thomas also indulged us in our plans of what we could do with each of rooms which was fun and encouraging. When starting the paperwork Thomas has been on hand to answers any and all questions and has been supportive with the whole process. I would definitely recommend them! The others I have spoken to at Haart have been just as effusive, leaving me smiling every time I have spoken to them. I am very positive in anticipation of my move :)

I was very nervous as a first time renter in Bristol and had absolutely no idea where to start! I walked into Haart and spoke to Nicola, who was amazing! She took my details and spoke to me about options available to me and made me feel so much better. Everything was explained to me and I got to see the property for a viewing that day! Thomas, who was again incredible, Gave me a lift to the property and talked me through the process and I had no reason to feel nervous at all! He rang me the next day too to check in and gave me fantastic advise. I couldn’t have asked for better help and advise at a stressful and nerve wrecking time.
