Recently I had to make some amendment in the agreement and the process was run smooth by Chloe Warrington. She was responsive to my queries. From Etima showing us around the house and answering all of our questions, to all of the help we received from Chloe and Emily helping us to secure the property. Emily always replied very quickly and was happy to help with any questions we had.

GoogleHave been lucky enough to be both a landlord and a tenant. I have dealt with a number of different estate agents over the years and most of the experiences have been positive. Unfortunately, the experience with Chappell and Matthews was awful. Communication dreadful, promised phone calls not returned. Paperwork incorrect. Dates moved due to errors made. This was a straightforward business let... it should have been simple, but was not. All in all, had I have been the landlord on this occasion I would be using someone else in the future. As the tenant I would not choose to deal with them again. It's a competitive arena and a better standard is to be expected.

GoogleBeing new in Bristol and in UK, house hunt is as task. After reaching to Emma and Dan at C&M via Rightmove website, I guess it all got sorted very quickly. They have one of the best houses to show around in the city and their turnaround time on any inquiry or issue was commendable. They have been upfront about sharing all the details & fast on all the documentation. Appreciate Emma & Dan for the beautiful lovely house!!

GoogleMoving house is always a nightmare, but it has been made simpler under the wing of Deborah Barton. Navigating the ins and outs of the process she really helped us to find our dream flat, with everything we were looking for and within our budget. 10/10 experience and would recommend to friends and family. GoogleBig thank to the C&M team especially to Debra and Emily. We just arrived Bristol with two cats looking for flats and came across the C&M Whiteladies Road branch. While finding the right unit that allows pets is not easy, Debra and Emily provided provided useful advices to us, helped liaising with the landlord, as well as arranging viewing immediately. Their professionalism and responsiveness is amazing!

Ignored rules and regulations about entering a property with at least 24 hours notice, turned up to my house to show people around for viewings after messages explicitly stated we did not consent for you to enter our property with such short notice.

GoogleI've used a lot of estate agents to find properties to rent over the years, but Chappell & Matthews have been the best. Hollie found me a beautiful flat that would take a small dog, at a good price, extremely quickly and there wasn't a need to view anymore. They are approachable, helpful and efficient. When I have a problem, their reporting system is quick and easy to use, someone gets onto it very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleMy first experience dealing with Chappell and Matthews was brilliant. I am not particular familiar with the area but I was given some very good pointers and ideas by the agent. Not only did she have time to show me the properties I had appointments for, she made time to show me others that I hadn't been aware of. One of which I put in an offer for. Nothing is too much trouble and she really wants to educate those that are finding their way. The name of this estate agent is Julie Dondoua.
