My property required complete refurbishment following a very long term let. Following quotes and excellent guidance from Chloe, the work was completed to a high standard in just a matter of a few weeks. Even before the paint had dried on the walls (or even the shower room installed) Debra had, with great efficiency and thoroughness, lined up a suitable tenant. I have enquired to view a property for sale several times and no one has come back to me. I have now seen it re-posted at a reduced price! If you are selling a property avoid this agency as they are incompetent and unprofessional and will lose you money off the asking price, also delaying the sale.
