GoogleThis is an incredible place to get a rented apartment.Everyone was very helpful especially Debra Barton who helped me immensely with finding out the right apartment. GoogleDebra wasn’t just helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure me and my partner were agreeing to a good let. This including be kind to us, being honest constantly about the area and the property and also talking us through everything we would need to do / owe for letting. She is a real treat and I will be staying with this agent as long as I can. 10/10

GoogleWe have had the pleasure of using the lettings team at Whiteladies Road twice in the past 7 months. Vanessa and Debra are very slick and professional securing us excellent tenants quickly without any problems. Vanessa marketed both properties really well and Debra made sure that she spoke at length to our tenants to ensure they suited our rental needs. A very friendly and efficient lettings team. Would highly recommend.

GoogleBrilliant management company. I’m a first time landlord and the process has been amazing. Chloe initially who was amazing at explaining all the details of becoming a landlord. As we’re on board we’ve been dealing with debs who is energetic and a breath of fresh air! She knows what she’s talking about and can provide any answer to a question. Everyone has amazing communication. Really cannot fault the staff at Chappell and Matthews!!!

GoogleAs a landlord I have been dealing with Chappell & Matthews for many years and have found the staff there to be very friendly and easy to deal with. The last 2 years have been very difficult with interest rate rises (tracker mortgage) & I have relied on the team at Chappell & Matthews to provide suitable new tenants with the shortest period between rentals. This last year has brought me into contact with a highly competent team of professionals in Chloe, Emily, Debra, Etima & Vanessa. Thank you & well done!

GoogleFantastic support from Debra and the entire C&M team! We've walked in the branch last year, simply told Debra what sort of property we were looking to rent and she had us view 2 places on the same day (one of which we've actually signed and rented) The flat was let to us clean and properly looked after. It made the whole period feel very hassle-free with them only coming in twice for a quick chat, which was very important to us since between full-time jobs and life in general it's not easy to fit in letting agency visits. Will likely come back to C&M when time comes to buy a flat, so will probably leave an updated review on their sales team in the future!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this agency re shared ownership “advice”. I had been put in touch with a person, a broker (not sure who this person was), however the whole conversation was very upsetting to me, I felt shamed regarding not having deposit and I was given some hypothetical information, whereas I wasn’t interested in that particular topic or advice around the property I wasn’t or wouldn’t be interested in the future. I felt laughed at, the whole conversation was so unpleasant and unprofessional.

GoogleHad the pleasure of dealing with Deb over the weekend looking for a place to rent. she was amazing and so friendly and went out of her way to answer all our questions and concerns. even when they keys didn't work she went back to the office to get a new set just so we could see the house that day rather than rebooking the appointment! would absolutely contact deb again the next time i'm looking for a house!!
