GoogleI received such great service from Matt Humphrey and his team at Chappell and Matthews in Whiteladies Road. Communication was great and they made me feel at ease during the whole process. I used Martin Mullen at the branch for my mortgage and would highly recommend him. As someone who doesn't find mortgages the easiest to understand, he took all of the pain away for me and made it all very easy and straightforward! I wouldn't hesitate in using Chappell and Matthews again!

GoogleDebra was incredible in helping us get everything sorted out to book our apartment for one year. We are an international couple moving from the US to the UK which involves lots of logistics and paperwork and she worked with us every step of the way to help us figure everything out. She is kind, patient and knows the business extremely well. Highly recommend working with her!

GoogleIt's interesting to read some of the reviews posted here as they seem to be describing a totally different agency to the one we had the misfortune to rent a flat in Bristol through. My wife and I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unhelpful group of people - they are incapable of doing even the most basic (and essential) parts of their job in an efficient manner and without repeated requests to do so. The Whiteladies Road office is chaotic, communication is confused, contradictory and often just plain wrong, and the staff have no concept whatsoever of a duty of care towards their clients. To say they have a complicated relationship with the truth would also be an understatement - to be avoided!
