Chappell & Matthews were recommended to me by one of Panoramic Director. At their Harbourside office ( Bristol) I met Ben Gregory, Daniel Smith & Chloe Smith branch manager. They were extremely helpful and found new tenant within 7days and whole process was carried out in professional way in two weeks. I would highly recommend Ben, Dan & Chloe at their Harbourside (Bristol) office for their service.

GoogleI was planning to take over the apartment from my friend which was with Chappel and Matthews in Bristol. I have contacted them and informed them about the take over from my friend. Oliver Bloxham have guided me through the process and made each and every effort to give me the apartment. Staff is very polite and ready to help. I would recommend the Chappel and Matthews if you are looking for an apartment.

DISCRIMINATORY PRACTISES! My offer for a property let my Chappell and Matthews (which was initially accepted) was subsequently rejected on the basis that I am a single woman with a child???!!!! Yes, that is what the landlord stipulated - not that I had a child (there was not a policy in place) but that I was a single occupant with a child. I met all of the other criteria for the letting in abundance, including having a guarantor in place. When challenged the agency attempted to cover up / backtrack but it was a plain case of discrimination with which the agency are complicit. Disgusting, immoral behaviour that perpetuates inequality.

GoogleChappell & Matthews are without a doubt the best estate agents I've dealt with in Bristol. They were very helpful, professional and transparent. I mostly deal with Oliver Bloxham who is really friendly, efficient and goes out of his way to find a solution to any problem, but all the team are great. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chappell & Matthews to any potential tenants looking for accommodation.
