GoogleVery easy and straightforward, staff is very nice and helpful, specially Roland, who helped me with the check out. A shame that the “out of opening hours” access to the units is not available anymore despite still being advertised on the website.

GoogleLauren and maddie provided massive help in getting me a storage unit. Good prices, easy to set up and get going with direct debit etc. wry informative and very helpful in getting my things inside and out whenever I need. Can’t recommend big yellow enough for all their help and expertise !! Thanks again guys will be recommending to everyone I know who needs storage.

GoogleThe staff at Big Yellow on Coombe Road are all incredibly helpful and professional, would highly recommend them for all your storage needs. Ade in particular went above and beyond to help me sort out what unit I needed and made sure everything went smoothly when I was downsizing all on my own in a stressful time to a smaller unit. 5 star service!

GoogleExemplary customer service, especially from Charlie. Very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He helped with working out inventory costs as well as finding us a better deal for a storage unit. Considering how stressful the moving process can, he made it all a breeze. Highly recommend you use this business for storage.

GoogleVery helpful staff! They helped unload and load my delivery with their forklift very efficiently. Gracie on the front desk sorted out all the paperwork and payment smoothly. Overall great staff and service. Would highly recommend.

GoogleMeon and her colleagues could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was clear they were busy with many students emptying flats however this did not stop them being chatty and friendly Exercising social distancing and professionalism at all times Meon took the time to help us work out the size of unit we would need offered numbers for removal men in fact everything we needed to help make the move easier. I was also given NHS discount which was much appreciated. With service and friendliness second to none I would definitely recommend this storage facility

GoogleVery large, space for storage is deceivingly small. They hide fees and try to get money off your deposit for even the smallest of things. Was told I'd be given £100 back if I told them to cancel my room 2 weeks before my moving out date, did as told and only got £40 back because they said I was a day late despite calendar proof otherwise. Still salty about that and the fact that they charge 14 pounds for a key lock that can be picked with a piece of a soda can.

GoogleIt's quite a central position and clerks are nice and they service they offer to store your thing is good. However, the price turns out to be a lot more than what you planned from the original quote as you need to put insurance into account and it is mandatory so you can't refuse it. I paid £42 for 4 weeks in the smallest locker. The price is also half for the first 2 months and then it goes up to full price. So it would have been £84 from the third month onwards. It is therefore a temporary solution. Good thing is that if you move your things before the time you paid they will refund you.

GoogleThe price was over double what they said on the phone and they wont let you open an account unless youre there with all your stuff. Some of the staff are really nice. The music pipped through the building is infuriating and I could barely tolerate being there for too long. It is handy as it is not too far from town but that is the only reason I would use it again. I hope I dont use it again. I do hate the place.

GoogleI've needed to use storage here for the past few months and will happily say that every member of staff I've engaged with has been really lovely - very personable, professional and helpful. The storage facility is good, clean and secure, and offers exactly what's needed from a space like this. Signing up online was easy and I managed to get a half price deal, which was a very competitive offer at the time and thankfully, their site's very user friendly. I've had to move units since signing up and there has been nothing complicated about doing so, so all in all I'd recommend this company at this location.

GoogleI put my stuff into storage here recently. I was assisted by a lovely staff member called Lisa, she provided a great service 10/10 would recommend. Edit to add: I ended my storage today and was provided excellent service by Paul who checked me out and refunded unused days. The trolleys provided are super handy too.
