Googlemy experience at Big Yellow was lovely! I'd never done anything like this before so it could have been quite difficult to navigate, but was made incredibly simple by the lovely Charlie. he walked us through the way everything works in an understandable manner, and was just a very personable member of staff. it was quiet, so there was no rush anywhere and my partner and I left feeling very contented with our service :)

GoogleThieves. Taking money days before it's due. Will never use again. Il rather pay 50 a month for a private storage or go another storage company. Don't take money many days before agreed date.

GoogleStored my stock here for 5 months. Staff are borderline competent and kept getting deliveries wrong. Some were incredibly arrogant, rude and even dishonest requiring an education in customer service. Plenty of other self storage to choose from in Brighton. Avoid this one at all cost.
