GoogleWe were served by Charlie whose patience and kindness to us were fantastic. We are going through an extremely stressful time and Charlie made a difficult situation much easier to bear. He explained everything so clearly and was humorous, helpful and understanding. Without Charlie's assisstance Monday would have been a nightmare. Thank you so much. X

GoogleMade a reservation 2 months in advance, upon check-in I was informed that unit I was promised is already taken? I had no choice and I had to settle for a smaller unit as I needed a storage with a power socket and light (when reserving I was informed this is not a problem and it will be arranged for me?). My second day with Big Yellow Brighton was even worse. One of my deliveries, £2200 worth of products, was refused by a receptionist because, as it was explained to me on the phone minutes later, "he just came back from his holidays and he didn't know about it" ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND BIG YELLOW FOR BUSINESS STORAGE, TOO STRESSFUL, TOO RISKY!!!

GoogleWe had to arrange storage at the last minute. We were very tired and stressed and Charlie was amazing!! He was extremely helpful and understanding. We were in a rush and he was so efficient and even stayed late to ensure we could store our items that day!

GoogleI have just rented a unit from Big Yellow and Lauren the manager was great. I didn't really know what I wanted in terms of space but she suggested a couple of options and spent time with me to help me decide. We made a plan a and a plan b and I was much happier when I left than when I had arrived. She was very helpful. The units themselves are very clean and there is a big choice of sizes. Definitely worth 5 stars

GoogleWe've dealt with Jason twice and is always lovely, professional and helpful. It seems like it can be a difficult environment to work in, the manager was taking the piss out of someone for "only donating 40p to charity when they had £120 refund". Despite this, we have always had good experiences with Jason.
