All great, except for the fact that their system is clearly outdated as it did not correctly take my photo ID when I submitted it, and this should have been flagged manually, since coming with a van and being turned away if I didn't have any photo ID would have been very frustrating. Luckily I had a copy of this on my gdrive which I could access from my phone. This definitely needs some work! Otherwise, great customer service and Jason was helpful and accommodating.

I only have good things to say, would 150% recommend. When I first arrived at Big Yellow Brighton, I was exhausted after just packing my entire car, I was welcomed by a very pleasant Lady and then Andre signed me up, he was very gracious and absolutely delightful. Also Paul made me feel really welcomed and when I returned Paul checked me out I noticed he was offering to help everyone and we all felt very well looked after. Big Yellow Brighton it was a real pleasure thank you!

The storage service seems fine so far. The reason I'm giving two stars is that the people working behind the desk at reception were not wearing masks. There were other people not wearing masks who were working in the reception area in front of and to the side of the desk. We're in the middle of a pandemic - this is not okay! There is a shield between the customer and the people working at the desk, however there is a big gap in the shield to pass paperwork. This gap obviously would allow easily transmission of Corona - it's airbourne! Also, part of checking in, requires spending a lot of time close to the gap in the shield, to sign the forms on the tablet. Ideally all workers in the Big Yellow, but especially in the confined space of the reception area, should be wearing masks at all times. Also, ideally, the tablet which you need to use to sign forms, would not be right next to/in front of the gap in the shield between customers and the people working behind the desk and/or would be further away from the desk, to reduce the risk of transmission. Also, although customers are asked to wear masks, as the virus is airborne, if it lands in your eyes, it can cause infection. Or if it lands on your skin and you later touch your face. This is why it's so important that everyone in Big Yellow - including the workers - wears masks at all times. Please make your workplace more corona secure, especially now we're in the second wave!

Absolutely the worst storage company I’ve come across. Went to to check into Brighton one and had been arranged weeks in advance,on arrival the wanted passport, DVLA, company ID, full detailed inventory of everything in there, authority letter, live camera picture, watch a stupid 2 min video, patronising tick lists! In the end I said “no Way” and walked out!Needless and unnecessary data they try to harvest.

Easy like Sunday morning, do your self a favour and check all your stuff in online, I didn't realize this and had to think about every item I was putting in my safe space. There was a very warm welcome from everyone and my lovely sales advisor kim who was extremely helpful in making it a smooth, simple process, on both my visits to the office this was the case. I would highly recommend because it's safe, reasonably priced, great staff especially my sales advisor but most of all it's the tea and coffee offer that sold me on the place. Maybe more parking but don't think it would get that busy that there wasn't space
