GoogleAs a removals company, we visit a variety of Big Yellow storage facilities. We are always happy with the customer service managed by Lauren (at the coombe road branch), and the cleanliness of the units, thanks to the very friendly cleaner, Jason (who caters for both Brighton facilities).

GoogleI have used this Big Yellow many times, and each time I am always greeted with professional service, helpful and knowledgeable staff, as well as ample customer parking. The units are very clean, and the security processes make you feel at ease with leaving your items in their care. Definitely would recommend!

GoogleSmooth process. It’s great they have trolleys to help store luggage. Made our move quite quick. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Only thing I would say is watch out for things they try to sell e.g. plastic cover, insurance etc. On after thought I think we spent much more than required on the insurance and the useless plastic cover.
