GoogleI have been a tenant in one of the properties managed by G&t for just over 3 years. Every staff member I have encountered has been professional and polite. I have had no problems at all. And would recommend as a high quality estate agent. Any issues I have had have been dealt with very efficiently.

GoogleDisgraceful only want money off landlord then dont want to know if any problems. Let two properties off them now never again lie through there teeth about property to get sale/tenancy advertising a three bed as a two bed with a bedroom downstairs which had to walk through each dayNegativeProfessionalism
Sorry to hear of your issues Lee, from looking at our database I can't see that you are one of our tenants but I do believe that you are linked to one our tenants so when you state "all we want is money off landlords", I'm confused as you are a tenant! After further investigation I can see the two properties in question are tenant find properties where the landlord deals with the tenancy directly so I advise you contact the landlord if you are disgruntled in anyway.

GoogleTerrible service never get back to you don’t reply to emails and are pretty rude when asked anything worst estate agents I have ever dealt with I would give 0 star if possible
I can't see you are a client or customer of ours. Emails can take a bit longer to reply to than an instant phone call so if your matter is urgent we always advise calling. Prompt and responsive, a slight communication issue towards the end of the sale due to COVID-19 closedown and a change of personnel but the issue was quickly resolved and the sale proceeded quite quickly after that. GoogleI purchased my property from these estate agents and I must they were very professional and accommodating. Chloe dealt with my purchase and honestly was extremely satisfied with the service I received. Even though had a slight hiccup whilst receiving the key but that was no fault of the agents. Highly recommended.
