The photos were fabulous and Louise was with us through the highs and lows of the process and was always at the end of the phone. I moved into a property that had not even been cleaned, it was absolutely filthy I had to arrange cleaning myself. I have never experienced that ever in my life, properties are usually cleaned before a tenant moves in. They then had the audacity to try and deduct my deposit for a cleaning fee when I moved out, even though I left the property cleaned and in much better condition than when I moved in. Luckily the DPS agreed with me and have not allowed them to take my deposit. Make sure you record every single part of the property when you move in as they lie and say that things that were already broken when you moved in were damaged by you. Luckily I had evidence that everything they claimed I had broken was already in that condition. They tried to over charge me £863 when I moved out, it was a good job I asked for a breakdown of the invoice before I paid them as it clearly showed I didn’t owe anything, I didn’t get any apology for this. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Lack of communication skills when dealing with customers, and calls feel rushed, with staff trying to end them before fully understanding what the customer needs. Appointments are given and then cancelled after two days, which makes you question why they are offered in the first place.

GoogleI would just like to say how professional G&T properties were throughout the sale of my property.
From my initial meeting with Dean I knew I was going to instruct G&T and immediately cancelled the other estate agents I had booked for a house valuation.
Dean was polite, punctual and honest with his valuation, he listened to my concerns and put me at ease instantly.
G&T charge very reasonable costs to sell, much lower than the big well known agents, for a far better service.
Louise is amazing and walks you through ever step of the process . She chases up all enquires with solicitors etc the very minute you put the phone down, and always provided feedback from the house viewings I had.
All in all I’m extremely happy with the service I received from G&T properties and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
