Hi James, I am sorry you feel our service only warrants a one start service. I can see you were one of our tenants, can I ask what we could of done better to improve our service? Or what prompted your one start review?

Hi Emma, I'm sorry you feel you can only give G&T Properties a 1 star review. We believe this could be due to the fact we are currently chasing your for outstanding arrears and court proceedings have started. If you could kindly contact us for full payment that wold be much appreciated.

Hi there, can we ask why the two star review? Is there anything we can do to help?
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
