Hi Abdul, I have investigated this call and I'm afraid to say the staff member in question was merely trying to assist you as you wanted to speak to someone about a commercial letting however the person you were dealing with deals with our commercial lets and they would of been the quickest and most accurate person to talk to. Unfortunately your offer was not accepted and this seemed to frustrate you. We do apologise if your declined offer was upsetting however as you may appreciate this decision is one out of our hands. We will take on board your comments and look to continuously improve our excellent service.

Hi Kirsty, sorry you feel you have had to leave a 1 star review. As explained on the phone we can’t do anything more than what we are doing, your boiler has stopped working and within hours an engineer visited advising it’s more cost effective to replace the boiler, this has been actioned and within 8 days you’ve had a new boiler. We offered temporary heating but you declined as you had your own. What more could we of done?
