We have been dealing with G&T properties since May this year after having our first house offer accepted, we were so excited to get moving with expecting our first child too however things were not moving as they should have been and the sale still isn't currently complete however Jess has been helping us chase matters and has been a god send in getting things moving. She hasn't once moaned at me pestering her and understood my worries about everything. I found G and T property to be very professional, friendly and helpful. There is so many positive things that I can say. Dean and Jess were absolutely instrumental in all aspects and processes. We had 2 properties for sale at the same time both with G&T. Dean was very competitive in terms of his pricing and the service that he and Jess provided was unbelievable and beyond our standards. Absolutely fantastic. We purchased a property being sold by G&T and we were blown away by how professional, friendly and helpful they were. We are very glad that we walked in to G & T properties in search of a larger property to rent with our newborn baby. We were struggling to find a place because of the high demand. One of the office associates Rajan Singh(Raj Tagger) has been very supportive in arranging viewings for the beautiful house that we are moving in, that we really appreciate. Terrible experience renting with G&T. Lived at a property for 1 year and 9 months, and it was the worst renting experience I've ever had. Place was in poor condition though they claimed in the reports it was in good condition. Constantly had to pester them throughout the tenancy to fix things which they rarely did. At the end of the tenancy they tried to not only take our full deposit, but they also tried to take an excess of what was put down. Eventually it went to a dispute and guess what, we won and based on the report it's clear that G&T were really taking the p*ss and being unethical. G&T are a stingy company that will try and steal your deposit and don't support the tenants.

I can definitely recommend this estate agents to anyone who is selling, buying or renting a property. The company is well presented with their professional and personal attitude from everyone I've dealt with there. They sold my home for me. My sale should have been very straight forward but complications arose during the course of the sale by my buyer. Dean and his team took away the stress and acted in my best interest until the sale was completed. Furthermore, their fees are very reasonable and transparent in comparison to their bigger competitors and yet, the service provided far outweighs what you get from some of these other competitors. Definately value for money! Dean and his team kept me informed all the way through the process from start to finish and I always felt valued with their personal approach. We can`t thank G & T enough for looking after the sale of my late Mom and Dads property. Jess was our very first point of contact and explained everything to us. The house was advertised in less than a week after initial photographs and agreed description of the property. Louise was our contact after that point and kept us up to speed with everything that we needed to know. never to deal with them again...I asked for a viewing but they never sent any confirmation of it even if they said that they did.Then they cancelled the viewing as they said that the property is taken.The advert on Zoopla was still there though....so I called them again to found out the property is available so I booked another viewing.In the meantime I asked the young girl who I had this "pleasure"to deal with how much is the agency fee and she said £160 ,then few days later I asked again how much is the fee and she said £220....and she said there is no way that anybody could say to me £160....just I felt like she makes a fool out of me as it can be proved if they record their calls.I asked her for a confirmation of my viewing as she said she will sent an email - which again I never got it....the best part was still to come...on the day of viewing the called about 9.30 to confirm it but my mobile was off due to my work ....they left me the voice mail saying that it is a confirmation of my viewing and if I am going to be late and not to attend so let them now.So I didn't call them as I thought that they confirmed it so I don't need to do anything only to be there at the viewing....I was there,waiting for nearly one hour and nobody came....I called them to find out that there is no viewing booked for this time !How bad that was....I took 2 hours off work to go there for nothing and stand in the coldness...so next day they arranged another viewing for me at about 5pm ,so the next day later after the viewing when I called (at 9.30am)that I would like to pay the money in she said the property is not available as somebody paid for the flat late afternoon...I was so sick of it....stay away ,you are such disgraceful people ...absolutely shocking experience!!! I completely believe in all the bad reviews about them as they are absolutely unprofessional...never again being fooled by them

Friendly and welcoming every time we visited the office and the viewing for this place was amazing, we had a good natter with Mandy.
