GoogleSpoke with Laura at G&T, who was very helpful. She had to run a query by a landlord for me and although Laura didn't get to speak with the landlord immediately, Laura kept me up to date throughout her time trying. I had called on the Saturday and Laura kept her word when she said she would try the landlord again on the Monday. Very pleased.

Only negative thing I have to say there was a slight miss communication with the final sale fees but overall happy with the service we received and would recommend recommend

GoogleShocking company! We booked a viewing to see a property last week. We had a call confirming we were going 3 hours before it, when we turned up the viewing before us was stood outside in the rain and told us it has been cancelled due to a mix up with keys. No communication to ourselves at all, I phoned and they apologised and said it would be re scheduled. We had to change plans to view this house and they don’t have the decency to phone us prior but quick enough to confirm attendance. A week later I phone as we haven’t been given another viewing time, to find out that someone that had viewed the house had applied and they didn’t bother phoning us to let us know about this. Not fair on us and really unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

GoogleI chose G&T through a friend’s recommendation and I had so much trust in them, especially as the reviews are also fantastic but unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience with them and quite frankly it was the most stressful experience of my life and I’m still struggling mentally from it. After six months on the market with G&T I had no viewings AT ALL, I tried to give notice (twice) and only then, days before the term ended, a buyer was suddenly found. From the start, the sale didn’t feel genuine and there’s a couple of times I have felt I was lied to. It dragged on for 20 months with very little communication, some ignored emails and very little chasing until the last couple of months, when Lou finally picked up on my urgency as I was fed up and ready to give up. Unfortunately, after packing up half my house, the buyer eventually backed out which I wasn’t surprised about but honestly devastated, we lost our onward purchase which I fell in love with, and despite me being open about wanting to leave G&T for over a year, Dean still tried to charge me fees and tie me in for even longer! (but then ignored my last email expressing how unhappy I was to stay with them and he didn’t even acknowledge it ). Overall, I felt unsupported and very let down by the whole process. I am now back to square one, re marketing my house. But already, just two weeks in, I’ve had 5 viewings booked in and almost daily communication from my new agent which tells me a lot about the service I had previously. I’m sure G&T provide some people with a great service but for me, I felt forgotten and put at the bottom of the list.

From the outset, the office staff were incredibly attentive and professional over the phone. Every time I called, I was met with a friendly voice, quick responses, and a real willingness to help, nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What truly stood out, however, was the field staff member assigned to us,alicia.who was incredible to talk to not only about the property but had a genuine care for my family’s needs advising us on the next steps to chase up with the office. I would truly recommend g and t.
