I would highly recommend G &T properties. We used them for the sale of my Parents house and from start to finish the staff were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. There’s someone in the Office right through to 6pm to take your call. I worried we would get less of a service as they are so much cheaper than other estate agents but I have to say they were brilliant Thanks Dean, Louise and all the team we will definitely use your services again in the future

I would highly recommend G&T properties. Our property sale/purchase journey was far from smooth but G&T were helpful throughout. Jessica was delightful when she came to value and take photographs of our flat. When Jessica was on maternity leave Louise was our point of contact and she was always helpful, friendly and approachable. Dean was also very helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Once on the market, many viewings were quickly arranged and we could have sold our flat many times over. I made a controversial decision during our property journey and whilst G&T didn't agree with my decision, they supported my it. I recommended G&T to our neighbours who then also quickly sold their property.

Me and my partner purchased our first home through G&T in February - and through a sometimes difficult, often frustrating time, G&T were always polite, attentive and genuinely helpful. Lou was a star - helping me along the way with the house buying process (as I think I was quite naive!) and generally keeping me as informed and engaged as possible with our purchase. The purchase overall took much longer than we’d hoped - but G&T did everything they could to make it as pain free as possible.

Tbh, where do I start. From the first call to G&T properties right through to moving in and beyond, i felt like these people moved mountains to get me the property I needed. Very professional and quick acting. Started by viewing one below par property, whilst viewing explained my situation of living in my car due to relationship breakdown etc, work local and explained I desired a home local to my work, couldn't accept the first property but was told to get straight back on the website as a new property local to my works came up that morning, applied straight away, got the veiwing and met up with the agent again to which she personally told me I'd prefer this one and what to do to give myself the advantage. This lady really did have a heart of gold and knew exactly what I needed. I moved in not 2 weeks later. The office answered every call during the process with efficiency, got me through to exactly where I needed to be directed and always stuck to deadlines. They really did impress me, and continue to do so with any enquiries I have regarding my accommodation. I knew from the first moment that I chose the correct estate agents to help me. First of all, they haven't treated me like other loyal clients. Looking at the reviews, it's funny to me that since this crowd has so many stars. To be honest, I've seen a lot of real estate agencies, but THAT'S the only one where they tell you day after day that the room you visited They have been given to another person. Currently renting a property with G&T. Lara was fantastic when I first enquired about the property, she guided me through when wanting to rent during the pandemic. Dean visited the property to review ‘jobs’ that needing doing in the house, he agreed to complete ASAP. He remained true to his word, all the jobs are now complete and the house is looking fantastic! I have heard horror stories in the past where jobs/issues can go on for a while with tenants being made to wait. This is not the case with G&T, Dean/staff are informed of issues or areas of the house that need refreshing and action without issue.I had a recent problem with the shower, I called the office and spoke to Jess,the issue was resolved immediately. If you want a professional, friendly and efficient service please contact G&T. If you are looking to let,rent, sell or buy this is the company to use! Thanks guys

From ringing the agents and actually having someone promptly answer the phone from the offset was impressive compared to other local agents. But the degree of professionalism and pride that the agents at g&t take in their work was also abundantly clear. They valued it higher than other agents and got the FULL asking price. Their fees were a fraction of the amount we were quoted by larger agents. Dean was very professional and knowledgeable when assessing , valuing and marketing the property. Jess was brilliant in following up with the buyer's solicitor and making sure the sale was kept on track. Great communication all he way through the sale. Laura is amazing, went above and beyond for us. A road was closed in Dudley which caused horrific traffic, coming from Birmingham centre I was not familiar with the Dudley area. Laura came to meet me so we could follow her in her car to get to the property to avoid traffic.
