I cannot say any good word about Sofi - unprofessional agent who works for G&T company. I even suspect all good reviews for G&T properties are from fake accounts, as all acccounts have only one to two reviews in total. My partner called the agency 5 days ago (Friday) and agreed with Sofi that she will contact us on Monday to arrange a virtual viewing. Today is Tuesday, of course no any call from Sofi. We decided to call her. My partner was waiting for very long time to be able to speak with her, then when she finally picked up the phone she had no idea who we are and obviously that she supposed to called us yesterday. We were confident that anyway we are going to take the flat even without viewing as we saw other properties in same building and we live far away, so is not point for us to go there. Because Sofi made a big trouble to take the flat without viewing, so we agreed to do virtual viewing. On the phone Sofi said that the current tenants don’t allow to do virtual viewing (That’s wierd. They are happy to let strange people come in to flat but not to do virtual viewing?!) and we have to see the property first. We said that if that’s a problem we want to place an offer without viewing the property. She tried to discourage us to do it but we said to her that’s our responsibility if we will take a property, pay for next 6 months up front and the property won’t be good and we expect her to send landlord an offer for flat. She said she won’t do it as “it’s landlord discretion”, again I cannot believe that landlord having already tenants ready to take the flat, money up front, will even not consider an offer because we DIDN’T SEE THE FLAT. It doesn’t make any sense. Anyway we decided to see the property if it’s “landlord discretion”, and the things become to be really bad. Last time she took all the details from us and now she had NONE of it! she asked us again about it. How did she plan to call us if she event didn’t write down the details?! After she asked for all details again, I just gave up and told her we will go somewhere else, as we no longer had any confidence in her. Don’t recommend.

I cannot recommend G and T Properties enough, right from the start they have been fantastic from Dean's valuation right through to completion they have been great and I highly recommend them. Our sales negotiator Louise was brilliant she went above and beyond to secure our sale and because of her hard work she got us sold and we are now in our new home, Thankyou louise!!!! Dean and the team at G&T properties have been a pleasure to work with in regards to selling a property I had inherited. During a difficult time, they made it very easy for myself and my family to deal with; always communicative and contactable every step of the way, super professional and everything was done with such ease. Their fees are extremely reasonable and the service that was provided to us was impeccable (they even went the extra mile to sort a problem for us whilst we were abroad!). Very glad instructed G&T to help sell my property. Louise and the others in the office kept updated and were on the ball throughout the process. Didn't feel pressured to sign up, and once instructed were more than happy to work with me to get the right listing and and book the viewings in at convenient times for both myself and the potential buyers. Selling a house isn't something do often, so was great could just call up to get advice as and when needed without any problem at all. At around half the price of the typical chain agents, was great value and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks!

Not had the best of expereince with this company, moving into my first flat with them i understand its not the agents but the over all experience was not smooth, i had mould growing in my flat in the bedroom and it wasnt addressed the heating in the flat sparked when it was turned on and off, i had not done any damage to the flat it was damaged before with the electrics being wonkey and faulty i had damage costs when i moved out into a flat where its perfect for me and my partner. Apart from that it was okay.
