I have unfortunately really bad and unprofessional experience and I have taken time to review so that they could improve their service. I would be honest, every time I called to book viewing of property to rent , it was pleasant, they would book and send confirmation, I viewed 4 properties with them, For the first one I didn’t go for applying, 2nd viewing was cancelled 10 minutes prior when I was on my way to view on a Saturday morning 1:30 hrs drive from my home, 3rd one I managed to view, sent application on the email address but no one ever got back to me( Very unprofessional) 4th one I cancelled by myself as i didn’t want to be with a company who have such a carefree attitude. I hope team will take this review into consideration and improve their service, letting is such a stressful , time consuming process itself with work and family commitments, it should be facilitated not time wasted.

I have viewed a couple of properties with G&T. The agent who showed me round the first property was unable to answer questions directed to her. She didn’t even know where the garden of the property was and said “I know it sounds like a cop out, but you’ll have to call the office to ask” . When I put an application in for the second property, I was promised I’d be contacted either way. I received no contact after 2 weeks, so had to call myself, only to be told the property had been let. My overall impression is that they are not very professional.

Fast to take the rent but don’t want to sort any repairs on the property. The staff think they’re something special but they’re just pen pushers who ain’t got a clue. Over 5 months we had to beg them to remove the rubbish that was there before the property was taken on! Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors were not fitted until I spoke to the council who then contacted them to get it sorted as it’s against the law. If you have any problems with these clowns your better off going to your local council because they dont want the work Im not a tenant but a family member is and how can you say that the review is false? Look at the pictures and look at the work that’s had to be carried out on the property when you look at the report of the house! Your company is shocking!! Now because I told you you’re all clowns and pen pushers I’m the one in the wrong? 5 MONTHS before you done what you promised before my family member moved in !! 5MONTHS to fix a broken roof which was leaking in to their bedroom but nothing was done until the council was involved ! More then welcome to Call me and explain I’m more then happy to give you my number privately hit believe me I won’t take the review down because I’ll let everyone who sees this know how much of a lazy company G&T properties are. Ask your worker Tracy to fill you in because she knows about the property!!

Unprofessional and blatant tenant bias. I actually came to a viewing based on all the positive feedback but can’t say the same myself. Turned up to the property and the estate agent sat on her phone the entire time, she couldn’t even answer basic questions about the property. As it was a decent sized property we decided to put an application through despite the estate agent’s poor etiquette. An estate agent contacted us to say they’d received our application but never got back to us to say if our application was successful or not. The property was taken off the market without any further contact from G&T. I find this extremely disrespectful of people’s time. You’re requesting people to submit all these personal details which takes up their time to not even keep them informed. Even just an email to say we were unsuccessful would have been fine. Would not recommend this company and will discourage others if they’re looking to go with G&T. Thankfully, I have found and moved into a property with another estate agent that actually knows how to do their job.

I did put posative review 3 months ago, but now I must change my review according to the followings;, G&T properties are untrusted, unprofessionsl, unworthy & zero conduct as an estate agent, based on lies & cheats, end of July 2024 I accepted an offer by G&T, assuring me that buyer creteria is 100% including mortgage offer, 3 months later sale collapsed because buyer did not have a mortgage offer which G&T knew from the begining but did not let me know, I cancelled their sale agency early last month, switched to another high street eastate agent, with in 3 weeks my house got very good offer which I accepted, now G&T properties on my back demanding their full fee to be paid despite the fact of any estate agent No sale No fee, now they have brought up the small prints in their agency agreement, long story, do not trust G&T properties & be very careful if you appointed them as your state agent because they are experts in lies & tricks Before you sign the sale agreement, make sure that cooling off period & duration of agency are printed on the agreement, G&T agreement is against the law because it does not have cooling off & duration printed on the agreement which is the main catch, pay more for high street estate agent to be safe and sound
