Worst company I think I have ever dealt with. Incorrect names on legal documents. Leaving tenants without heating during winter. Several maintenance issues ignored. Given a Filthy property and returned it clean yet they still haven't processed my deposit. They don't follow procedures correctly. Didn't process my renewal on time or Inspection which protects tenants and landlords! Laura and cloee were awful the entire tenancy. The MD Dean doesn't seem to know anything about running a company and replied to a complaint simply stating I can't comment on that for most of the points. Absolutely fuming with how I have been treated! I had to ring them today to find out how much longer I’ll be waiting to move into a flat me and my partner enquired about months back just for them to state that the landlord has decided to let the flat to someone else. After weeks of constantly ringing to find out what’s going on thanks for actually ringing us up to tell us any updates. Will not be using G&T properties ever again as they tell you you’ve got the property and then decide to let it go to someone else and not even update you about anything. I’m a nurse and I think it’s disgusting how I’ve been treated. It’s a good job I don’t let any of my patients wait this long for treatment… 👍🏼

After a day of calling numerous estate agents to book viewings of properties my patience was wearing thin. In reference to my recent dealings with G&T Properties, I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. On the day of the viewing, I eagerly anticipated the opportunity to inspect a property that could potentially serve as a suitable location for the relocation of my business. Much to my disappointment, I had a series of enquiries that remained unanswered. I had to invest time conducting the necessary research and discover the solutions independently. Subsequent to my diligent research, I proceeded to submit an application in which requires a significant amount of time. Upon submitting my application, I was taken aback by an unexpected request for a payment of £250, which had not been previously disclosed. Enquiring about the nature of this charge, I was informed that it was an application fee for "referencing etc," in addition to the standard one month's rent and a five-week deposit. This was inadequately elucidated and I find this additional cost to be cunning. During the enquirment, I felt pressured into paying the fee as I was informed "other parties are interested so pay ASAP" or I'd be forfeiting the property if i did not act immediately. I acted immediately and paid the application fee. I then recieved information regarding the application process. I promptly decided to withdraw my interest as it felt invasive. I respectfully communicated my concerns regarding certain aspects of the service to the company's director as I was experiencing a sense of vulnerability. However, the matter did not receive any attention. I requested a refund of my application fee, as I was not satisfied with the service provided. I believe that no work had been done to justify the cost incurred. In fact, I was the one who had to complete all the necessary tasks. Yet, this was declined. I would like to bring to your attention a discrepancy between a statement on the company's website and their actual practices. The statement in question is "We guarantee no hidden or unexpected costs." However, this claim is not accurate. To justify the subpar quality of the work, I had been receiving invoices via email for two consecutive months for a request of payment for rent of the property I swiftly withdraw from. Utilizing the company's Redess scheme is meritless. It has come to my attention that G&T Properties, a company I once held in high regard, has engaged in questionable practices that appear to prioritize financial gain over fairness. Please exercise caution and avoid falling victim to their deceptive strategies. Resist any pressure to make financial commitments without careful consideration. The property for which I submitted an application for, still remains available on the market. I regret to have to write this negative review, as I generally prefer to focus on the positive aspects of companies. However, I am concerned that repetitively withholding an individuals money may not be the most effective strategy for enhancing your lifestyle.

What can I say about G&T properties? All the staff were outstanding from day one. No pushy sales for valuation just honest and knew what they were talking about. Every viewing they were on the phone arranging and keeping me informed. Through the sale process I generally don’t think I’d of got through it without all the girls in the office answering questions whenever I needed or just for updates. There all fab! We put our house on the market with G&T Properties and it sold within 6 days. The staff are easy to communicate with and we have to say that our experience so far is 100% positive. Their sale packages are very reasonable. There are 2 employees worth a special mention. Every business needs someone like Ben and Louise. Ben came to value our property and is highly professional. He took amazing photos of our house and we have no doubt that these pics help to generate so much interest. Also Louise definately needs mentioning. She has excellent customer service skills and makes the process easier. She is at the end of the phone to answer any queries and does so with enthusiasm.

I recently rented an apartment through G&T Properties, and overall, it was a positive experience. The application process was smooth, and the agents were very prompt in their responses. They even helped waive the guarantor requirement set by the landlord at my request, which was a huge relief. The only issue I encountered was a delay in generating the rental agreement for the shared room I had applied for. Despite making all the payments nearly two weeks prior, I received the rental agreement just the day before my move-in date, which was a bit concerning. However, the agents were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.

From the very start G&T properties were very straightforward to deal with. They answer the phone promptly and professionally within office hours. They guided me through the process of renting with them, and were very helpful in sorting out the paperwork for my guarantors. Throughtout my time renting with them they have been friendly, professional and most of all helpful. I can recommend this agency to anyone. Their handling of their portfolio during the pandemic is excellent. They even offered empty properties to key workers who needed to isolate or even just to rest in order to do their bit for the national effort. Dean who photographed my house to put it in the market recommended that he did a walk through video, I took deans advice and I’m so glad I did as this got me so many more viewings than my previous agent and turned out to be a key reason for my buyer to view my property. All the staff extremely responsive, always follow up on viewings and give feedback and always answer the phone and call you back when they say they will!
