GoogleI did put posative review 3 months ago, but now I must change my review according to the followings;, G&T properties are untrusted, unprofessionsl, unworthy & zero conduct as an estate agent, based on lies & cheats, end of July 2024 I accepted an offer by G&T, assuring me that buyer creteria is 100% including mortgage offer, 3 months later sale collapsed because buyer did not have a mortgage offer which G&T knew from the begining but did not let me know, I cancelled their sale agency early last month, switched to another high street eastate agent, with in 3 weeks my house got very good offer which I accepted, now G&T properties on my back demanding their full fee to be paid despite the fact of any estate agent No sale No fee, now they have brought up the small prints in their agency agreement, long story, do not trust G&T properties & be very careful if you appointed them as your state agent because they are experts in lies & tricks Before you sign the sale agreement, make sure that cooling off period & duration of agency are printed on the agreement, G&T agreement is against the law because it does not have cooling off & duration printed on the agreement which is the main catch, pay more for high street estate agent to be safe and sound

GoogleExcellent to deal with. My tenants were kept happy throughout the time my property was managed as any issues with dealt with quickly and professionally. G&T also sold the same property for me and Dean kept me well informed throughout. Friendly and competitively priced. Would recommend. A+

GoogleI chose G&T after a friends recommendation. It has proved to have been a good decision. Dean and his team achieved a quick sale and kept me informed of progress at every stage. Based on my experience I too would have no hesitation in recommending them. Should the need ever arise again they would be my first call.

GoogleG and T properties really helped us get an amazing house and so quickly! As you can imagine when renting a house it can be quite difficult and challenges can arise however our estate agent Cloee was so helpful and did everything to resolve these issues. Cloee was so polite, she has a lovely bubbly personality that really puts you at ease when going through this process.

GoogleAlthough estate agents are much maligned it was a refreshing experience to find G & T Properties were nothing like the stereotype portrayed. Jess & the office were totally professional in their dealings with me. They guided me through all the aspects my house sale answering any questions I had. They were prompt in dealing with any situations that arose & kept me fully informed in all aspects of the sale. All this for a fixed price whilst keeping that personal touch. GoogleWe were referred to these agents via friend and they were spot on. Within a few days we were visited by a young man to value our bungalow. He listened to our thoughts on the matter and took notice. Our property was placed online on a Tuesday, followed by a number of viewings 2 days later and 1 more on the Friday. We hosted 2 more viewings on the following Monday and received an offer for the full asking price and without a chain. The staff in the office have been really communicative on all fronts. An exemplary service. Now for the conveyancing part which I am dreading.

GoogleFrom the minute I worked with G&T their commmnication was immaculate, I initially was speaking with Raj singh however soon other members of team would call back to confirm offers had been placed and in general keep me in the loop the whole way through. They spoke to me in a very personal manager, and was not like some script book which I found unique from other agencies. Overall they have relieved me a lot of stress and Raj continued to share houses with me that I love but had not had the time to find myself!
